This is a nice restaurant for dinner. The rumaliroti and lamb roast were great! Before serving the Lamb dish, the chef presented us his great skill in culinary with rum and the fire. We enjoyed Mitha-Pan at the end of dinning. It was in fact good dinning experience.

Frontier restaurant is supposedly well known for it's kebabs and food in general, I don't know why. The menu is limited, the food is ordinary and nowhere near worth the price. Basically it is ordinary North Indian food at a price in a restaurant with bad decor. The ambiance is terrible. The overall theme is black. Black drapes, black table... More

As a red meat eating African from "cattle country", Botswana, I must say this is so far the place in Beef free Delhi where my fix was just about satisfied.......not exactly Botswana beef, but satisfying and also dramatically presented......go check it out, just for the lamb.

Went to this yesterday place at Ashok Hotel, after reading positive reviews from several sides. First and foremost, the black and grey interiors there, I wasn't able to decipher exactly how it relates to its name, but later on, (correct me if I'm wrong here pls), I concluded that this very place had F bar(fashion bar), and though that place... Ate here about 35 years ago and I re-visited this week. I remember the huge naan breads which were a speciality. Restaurant still here but decor not at all local - more like an 80's disco. London has adopted the big naan breads - why have they disappeared? The glass show kitchen remains.

Not cheap in general but pretty inexpensive for a hotel restaurant and I feel like we got great value. I had the lamb which another guest said was great ... and they were right. Pounded thin and cooked on a hot plate - superb! They had a really dark dal as well that was amazing. Not crowded, very nice staff... More

Frontier is named after the Northern Frontier where, in the shadow of the Himalayas, a bit of added warmth in the food is welcomed. Twelve of us gathered to eat, and most weren't familiar with the idea of ordering a few big dishes and sharing what you liked - instead, everyone order a big dish for themselves. No matter -...
