Good food, great variety. Went there for breakfast (not so good) and dinner (very good). Prices were OK. As in many places in MNE - smoking is allowed everywhere and I have problem with that.

After trying all the Cevapis in the area, clearly Pod Volat is one the best place to eat that national dish. Cevapi with Kajmak was great. Beef Steaks were also really good. (+Beef Soup was tasty) I think the only issue is slow service and...More

Even our hotel told us to come here! Open from 7am to midnight, staff good.in English and also giving recommendations! If you don't like smoke of cigarettes, prepare yourselves. Everybody smokes inside. Waiting time is very quick.

First, the good part: the food is good, inexpensive by Western European standards, and abundant. I had the mixed grill (including liver; I know some people will avoid it); a full plate of six different meats for less than 8 euros. With potatoes and water...More

If you travel in Podgorica, Montenegro, the best restaurant is Pod Volat. Best ratio Quality vs price. Top quality, fresh food, traditional cuisine, very easy to find the location. (near Sahat Kulla). Best choice in Podgorica.

We dat outside for dinner and the first thing we noties was that the table and the area around it were not very clean. Staf doesn't really like foreigners and only known Servic, we speakers 5 different languages between us 2 and that didn't help.

This place was recommended to me so I was very disappointed with the terrible lack of service. After waiting for quite some time for an open table, the waiter completely ignored me and gave it to another guy who just entered (apparently they were friends)....More

Not to miss if you are a meat lover, you can orde grilled veggies separately though. You can have grilled fish as well. All cooked properly and tasty. Value for money. Friendly staff. A bit noisy.

One of the best places for traditional food in Montenegro. Even though ćevapi represents Bosnian dish, here in Pod Volat they serve best ones in Balkan.

Hi Angad, I've been there a few times and never had to book a table. If you still want to book it, simply google Pod Volat and it'll give you the number straight away (382 69 618 633). Enjoy!
