Via 29 grabbed my attention the first time I went, so I returned the same week. Well-priced aily specials offer two choices of a first course as well as two choices for the second course. The chicken breast dish was perfectly prepared and rich in flavor as was the orez (risotto) brimming with creamy parmesan. The Greek salad is flavorful with fresh cheese and a lovely vinaigrette. Dishes are filling, so dessert will have to wait for a third visit. There is a full bar with speciality drinks like a Raspberry Mule.
Even with dining restrictions, Via 29 maintains a classy front patio ambiance. There is a separate dining area for smokers as well as two sidewalk tables. Great experience.

We had a familiy dinner here in one evening while staying in Oradea. They serve great italian dishes and we also enjoyed very much the drinks (lemonades and the pineapple natural juice). During the weekend evenings the place is pretty crowded, so you need to make a reservation before gooing to dinner!

A very cozy place, with good music and friendly waiters. The food was good, I ordered a cream soup and a cheesecake. The white wine was very good, too. I was also impressed by the olives offered as complimentary appetizers, they were very flavoured and delicious :)
They have heaters and blankets on the terrace and they follow all the safety measures necessary.

Every time I want to go out for some good food I find myself choosing Via29! The food is absolutely delicious here, starting with the salads, the soups, the meat all the way to the raspberry cheesecake. However, the staff could be more friendly and also be quicker. I am aware that sometimes the Restaurant is full and everyone is working, but I think it’s not acceptable to wait for the bill over 20 minutes. Some of the guys were not very friendly and made our stay a little bit uncomfortable. When we choose to go out we want to have a great time and definitely not be bothered by some unfriendly faces. Anyway, I will definitely come back to Via29 because the food is to die for, but please try and improve the professionalism of your guys! Also, on a side note, I didn’t think it was very hygienic the fact that NONE of the staff were wearing face masks!!!

I ordered pork ribs which were coming without a sidedish and i had to order it separately. The taste was really good the only 2 minuses was that the side dish was extra and the overall price was a little too expensive and 2nd the waitress who was with small experience when poured cole in the glass woth ice she was careless and the sparkling bubbles goes out on the table and she didnt say apologise or offering another coke.
I would recommend the restaurant for the taste

When I want to order something at home, I always choose Via29. Such a big variety of meals, everything super delicious! Delivery is always fast, with freshly cooked meals. I could't ask for more! Via29 is always my first choice ❤

The last 2 times we had food delivered at home, the quality was really poor! Last week we ordered and was bad, we thought it was just a “one time thing” and we gave them another chance. But today the food was terrible! The fritto misto was soggy, impossible to eat. The burger was the worst we ever had, the meat was so dry, you couldn’t eat it, the stuffed chicken legs were uncooked! It was the last time we ordered from them! Terrible! You need to shape up or you will loose most of your customers! What happened to this restaurant?? It used to be so good.....

Really good food! We decided to dine here after a search for best restaurants in town and we had a very good dining experience.We ordered pasta carbonara and it was very good! The juices served were feshly squeezed . The waiters were polite and proffesional.We will eat there for sure next time we’ll visit the town.

The place is really warm and cozy, service is good, waiters are nice and polite. I had crusted zander fillet (file de salau in crusta) with potato mousse, even if it tasted more like mashed potatos, it was very good. My boyfriend had lasagna, very good as well, with home made pasta. I think the best lasagna we ate. Definitely recomand this place and will come back if visiting Oradea again.

Although we had no reservations, we were greeted with kindness and professionalism. We have had great service, great food (ordered the duck leg with green beans) and white wine and it was the most amazing dinner a girl can have. A nice and close walking distance from the city center, it is a must try if you are in the area! ☺️✨

It's overestimated.
We've seek the first 5 position in your top restaurants in Oradea...and it's on the last position.
The food was ok, good, but small portion.
Beef tartar hasn't any other taste than beef, sea bass pprtion was very small, raviolli was ok and octopus with celery foam was very good.
The service was acceptable, but not professional
2 from 4 dishes weren't available, and the waiter didn't knew..
The dinner was acceptable, but nothing different from a ussual restaurant...

If you are looking for enjoying a delicios meal in our town Oradea, this is the best place where you can eat. The food is extraordinary and the service is excelent. They have a good structured menu and a large diversity from where you can chose whatever you like. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I was looking for a place to go out and eat with my family. Some of my friends recommended this restaurant, and they told me that this location has the best italian food in the area.
After my experience i want to thank Via's staff for the delicious food and my friend for recommending me this location. My mother enjoyed her Seafood Tagliatelle, me and my fiance ate Ragu Pasta and Gorgonzola Burger. (you can see in the picture).
This location was really enjoyable with great food and delightful ambience.
Highly recommended !

Very delicious food and nice service!
We were with 8 people at 22:30, so 30 minutes before the end!
Nevertheless, we received a friendly welcome and got really extremely delicious food!
At 11:30 p.m. the waiter apologized that we now had to order the last round and he now had to collect.
We were all surprised by the really great food and service and recommend the restaurant without restriction!

First of all, the taste of the food is exceptional.
I ate the best goulash and an extraordinary duck leg with a very fine puree.
The surprise was added, the dessert from the house, which was divine and also the first time I was offered dessert from the house at a restaurant in Romania.
