Service very poor, food not very good and way too expensive for the quality of food and service. Avoid going there. POs always seems to be broken, having to pay cash. Avoiding paying tax much.

We had decided we would stop here our last night in Iasi. We had finished a walking tour and got a ride share to the address. The driver and we were both confused because it was a residential area and you wouldn’t expect a restaurant in that location. He checked his maps, we checked our maps, and it was supposed to be right there. We walked back towards the location and found a small open gate where people dining outside.
The restaurant is in a large converted home with both indoor and outdoor seating. We chose outdoor as the heat of the day I dissipated, and we’re dining under an arbor of grapes.
We took a few minutes to go over the menu and made some choices, and our waiter, was kind enough to offer suggestions, and clarify what we were looking for.
The soup was phenomenal. The appetizers were great, and the main course was even better than expected. He was friendly, outgoing, willing to answer questions and provide more information. The pace was at ease and relaxed neither they, nor we were in a hurry.

This is a Romania traditional restaurant and it really lives up to its name, with delicious food (a friend and I ordered ciorba de fasole cu afumatura and tochitura), drinks (visinata), traditional decor and music in the bacground. The location itself is in a less circulated area, so it's quiet and relaxing. Worth a visit.

Publicly offended and kicked out because she was not in the mood!
The facts, on short:
Having a priorly reserved table, we arrived at the restaurant at the scheduled time. The waiter respectfully excuses himself for needing to clean a table for us in our presence. We said it's no problem, but a woman from the staff, on a rude tone, starts blaming us (!!) for taking the wrong table.
Although we tried to calm her down, saying that it's not our fault that the reserved table was not ready, but we have no issue on accepting a different table, she started yelling at us (while I was holding my 2,5 years old kid), saying "I'm too tired serving people like you".
We decided to leave, and told her she has no reason to be rude to us, but while stepping to the door, she continued to shout, in front of other clients: "Get out! I do what I want in my house! Get out now!"
I replied that we had a reservation in a public restaurant, not in her house, and she literally slammed the yard gate on me.
I'm not drawing any conclusions, please judge and decide if you want to go there.

Everything about Romanian excellency: food, drinks, hospitality, music, atmosphere. After trying some other fancy restaurants in town, I allow myself to say that this one is the best, and from far. Quite small, excellent placed, friendly welcoming. Go see yourself.

Warm welcome in a traditional setting, a true haven of peace which took us back in time. Very cozy garden and affordable prices. Homemade and delicious food. For us it was the best moment of the stay in Iasi.

Very good traditional food ( some disges like alivanca you can' t find in any other restaurant), really nice place with a relaxing yard, polite and friendly staff, medium- high prices, child friendly space and pretty accesible for the wheelchair

I am convinced this please is a sick joke!
We made an appointment , reserved a table, went there found next thinks;
- freezing cold inside
- chairs that ware breaching down
- temp in the bathroom was close to outside temp ( +4 C)
I am very disappointed couse I wanted to show traditional Romanian food to a business related and it was a total failure!
After all this, price was huge, as well, did not expect to get anything for free but I am done with this place.

Very beautiful restaurant, with good food and very attentive service. I loved the decor. It is not easy to find - the sign is ridiculously small and there is no assigned parking, but the owner was with me on the phone to guide. Food was great, and a great introduction to Romanian cuisine. There are some nice naive-style painting inside that add to the decor. Just they need to make their restaurant more conspicuous and easy to find. Also, it appears they are being targeted by 1* reviews - all those accounts have just 1 review - giving 1* to this restaurant, so please disregard these, they are for sure fake.

Cold and average food, awful service (it was raining and we were seated on the terrace so they didn’t bother coming to take our order because they would get wet for a few seconds before reaching the covered terrace, they wouldn’t even come to bring us the bill), impertinent waitress who rolled her eyes and just left when I told her I had to translate the dessert options to my friends who didn’t speak Romanian, and cherry on the cake, aggressive and disgraceful attitude of the owner who dares to compare our expectations of having a decent service in exchange for money to slavery. Dear Sir, besides the fact that you should read a little bit about what slavery really means and not speak nonsense, you have absolutely nothing to do in this business as you have no knowledge of the concept of customer service. Make place for dedicated people who are passionate about what they do and not money-grabbers like yourself.
Dear readers, please don’t waste your money on this place! You deserve quality food and service, and there are so many other good restaurants in Iasi. Cheers!
