Welcome to Trivio, Resto-bar Sierra Andina! The name ‘TRIVIO’ comes from the Latin word ‘Trivium’ which means ‘the confluence of three trails’. It was at these confluences or ‘Triviums’, that people would stop on the way to work and chat with their friends about life, love and news of the day. From these interactions at the Trivium came the word ‘Trivial’.TRIVIO Resto-bar Sierra Andina is also a junction of three trails – we have our own locally brewed craft beer – Sierra Andina, we also have our own line of organic coffee ShuQush from the Chachapoyas area and of course the great food from the renown Mi Chef kitchen where we prepare fresh delicious food using as many organic locally grown products…

This restaurant has great reviews mostly because it’s in an area I like to call Gringo Square. The beers here are absolutely fantastic and if you’re looking for really good craft brews go here. I suspected some of the best craft beer in Peru period....I did enjoy a burger there one night but I can’t comment on the food more than that.More
Some friends recommended us to go to Trivio when we are in Huaraz. So we went there and the Beer and the food was brilliant!
I will recommend this spot to all who wanna have good food, drinks and a chill atmosphere.
One of the best places to eat in the center. Food is really from salads to meat and the typical andean trout. They also offer a local artigianal beer. Costs like the other touristic locals in the center, but it's really worth.
