We are here twice, once for breakfast and once for dinner. Breakfast was good value and pancakes were tasty. Dinner however was very disappointing, the service was slow and we waited a long time for drinks. The food was equally unimpressive, we had a beef...More

Super veggie friendly and food is really good. They don't really have Peruvian food but they have a few items that are inspired by local cuisine. A little hard to find, buy it's in the middle of a plaza.

We went here multiple times during our 2 weeks in Huaraz. We loved the local Sierra Andina beers on tap and burgers. The veggie burger was off the charts good and the french fries are cooked perfectly. We also loved their local fare too. Also...More

We live locally and Trivio is a regular in our rotation. They have good food, homebrew beer, fantastic service and FREE FILTERED WATER. The espresso is great. You can bring in your water bottle (even a big one) and they happily fill it up. They...More

The food was decent without being exceptional, I had chicken cordon bleu and the boys opted for the bizarrely put together Thai green curry with pasta. Both were very creamy but massive portion sizes. This could be excepted as it is very pricey for Huaraz.

Delicious food but it took a while to get our food. Clean and safe place to eat with large TVs. Peruvian food and soaps available for acclimatization depending when you have arrived to Huaraz.

I had dined here for lunch and the food was disappointing. However, on a revisit, where I ordered the Lime pie, I was pleasantly surprised. Also, wi-fi does not work well here.

Description
Welcome to Trivio, Resto-bar Sierra Andina! The name ‘TRIVIO’ comes from the Latin word ‘Trivium’ which means ‘the confluence of three trails’. It was at these confluences or ‘Triviums’, that people would stop on the way to work and chat with their friends about life, love and news of the day. From these interactions at the Trivium came the word ‘Trivial’.TRIVIO Resto-bar Sierra Andina is also a junction of three trails – we have our own locally brewed craft beer – Sierra Andina, we also have our own line of organic coffee ShuQush from the Chachapoyas area and of course the great food from the renown Mi Chef kitchen where we prepare fresh delicious food using as many organic locally grown products as we can; many of which come from our own organic farm.Like the Triviums of history, we hope that our Trivio will be a place where you too can stop, take a load off, catch up with friends and enjoy some well prepared food and drinks.
