Stopped for a quick lunch with the family. If you order a set lunch, you get a starter, main, dessert and drink for a very reasonable price. Lots of locals in having the set lunch. A la carte is priced at more typical levels for the town. Fare is standard rather than fancy, but good ingredients and well prepared. They... More

We ate there twice the menu-of-the-day. The price per menu is between 10 to 20 Soles. The service is fast (even too fast, since they sometimes serve desert together with the main course). You get a starter/soup, a main dish, a desert which we didn't like both visits, and a juice. The soup is big and filling, the main coirse... More

A nice place to get lunch among the locals! They have cheap menu options, with the most expensive one a dish of 15 soles: lomo saltado. You get a juice, a soup, a small dessert and the main dish. The lomo was really good, with lots of vegetables!

Comfortable atmosphere, very tasty food at a great price, friendly staff, central location. You may not know what food you are looking for when you return to Huaraz after your trek, but this is it.

We've been here four times so far and have had excellent to mediocre experiences, depending on what we ordered. A few of the highlights - Ceviche pescado or ceviche mixto s/25- s/28 Pisco sour s/12 Tacu tacu (beans and rice pancake with meat, fish, or egg topping) price varies s/14-s/32 Chaufas (like peruvian fried rice with various fillings) price varies... Came here twice. Once I ordered fish and second time I had pasta with pesto as my friend had it before and liked it. Twice I got salty dish, but pasta...omg....was really salty! I have mixed feelings as my friends ordered chicken and pasta first time and it was good so maybe I was not very lucky with the cook...... More

Got a recommendation of a local to eat here. Ordered both trout, one with lemon sauce (20 s) and the other with red-vine-herbs sauce (25 s), plus a quinoa soup (11 s) as a starter. All the meals were ground solid but not revolutionary. All in all the whole restaurant is like that, groundsolid and affordable

I went to this restaurant 3 times and all the times the food was amazing. Had a great pasta with lomo, a great ceviche and one day I had the daily lunch. Definitely a great choice after a few days in the Andes

Went early as at it was raining and the dinner rush had not started so the restaurant can be all yours if you go early. Good range of standard Peruvian dishes plus internationals. Maracuya cocktail was one of the best we have had, and can recommend the chili con carne. Serving sizes large - two cocktails and 2 mains for... More

During the 5 weeks I spent in and around Huaraz during July and August I ate here quite a few times. Its a good choice for a simple, well cooked meal that is very reasonably priced. The ceviche was as good as I had anywhere, including at the much more expensive supposed best specialty seafood restaurant in Huaraz. Portion sizes... More
