The food is very bland and the waiters forgot one of our orders. Stay away from this place if you have another option.

I am disgusted by the service and how I was lied to by the server regarding the "service fee" he claimed is added to all restaurant service in Machu Picchu. Food is overpriced and service is poor! Don't support bad business!

These people will overcharge you for average food. Service is poor and then to add insult to the matter they will add 25 % "service tax" to your bill and tell you it's customary. Do NOT patronize this restaurant.

First lesson we learned the hard way in Peru - if someone is standing outside trying to get you to come into their restaurant, the food is not going to be good. We made the mistake of ordering pizza, which was pretty much just a cracker with gross cheese and no sauce. We also ordered happy hour drinks which were... More

Great service, nice staff good food. Expensive, but worth it. Location right in town up one of the side streets.

I was charged about 18% of Peruvian tax, according to the server. I had two bills but only one was charged the tax. Our friends who came in later was charged 16% of Peruvian tax. We were there July 1, 2016. Never patronize dishonest merchant that takes advantage of tourists!

We asked for a meat and pasta. The meat,as in other affordables restaurants of Aguas Calientes, was not good. The pasta was quite ok. the attendant (or owner - the guy who collected the payment), was not polite, actually quite rude (maybe because we were told there wasnt that typical "aguas calientes tax" in the bill, and we argued that).... We had a late lunch here after visiting Machu Picchu. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the fine weather and the food was tasty. I had a grilled trout dish - very good, and my companion had the carne tacos, good. We also got frozen lemonade that I can recommend. Compared to other Peruvian restaurants we went to,... More

This review is for the restaurant located on Pachacutec Ave. close to the plaza de armas. We were walking up the hill and the guy on the street getting people in the restaurant was very nice. But the service inside was terrible. We got the food after 1 hour of ordering. One of the plates had a hair in it!!... More
