There's a guy who stands outside the restaurant and tells you about the "specials" they have like free chips and guacamole with any purchase and then you get charged for it. On top of that they charge a "local 20% tax" which isn't a thing. DO NOT EAT HERE EVER! It's a waste of time and money

Avoid this place at all cost they added 20% 'tourist tax' on to our bill claiming everywhere does it when that simply isn't true as no other restaurant we have been to in aguas calientes had done it. The burgers where dreadful and the service non existent which makes the 20% rip off tax even more annoying. We refused to... More

Same as everyone else's reviews previously, they added an extra 20% on our bill for an absolutely terrible meal of two burgers and it does not state anywhere on the menu or inside the restaurant about these charges. Unfortunately we hadn't looked on trip advisor until after our awful dining experience and now seeing these other reviews have only angered... More

I have never had such a bad experience in dining. We had train at 5 pm and we started to order food at this restaurant at 3pm. We were tired and hungry after Machu Picchu trip. After 10 mins the drinks came, however after an hour the food still not came, and we started to chase the order. They just... More

Food was cold and not very good. All prices were increased on the bill and they also added a service tax of 20% ( which is completely illegal according to our guidebook). We talked to the owner who apologised and reduced all the pieces like they were indicated in the menu (but still keeping the service tax). We told him... More

We ordered the pizza, which was ok but nothing special and the steak sandwich, which hardly had any meat in it. The worst part though was the 20% service tax added in the bill without being mentioned anywhere. When we asked the waiter he angrily said that it is added in all restaurants in Aguas Calientes. Stay away!

We had a pasta bolognese and a pizza. The pasta didn't even have meat in it, the pizza looked and tasted like it came from the frozen foods section. It didn't even have tomato sauce, only a lot of tasteless cheese. And when the bill came, it came with a 20% 'service tax'. When I asked about it, they said... More
