The lomos soltado was excellent. THe views by the river are amazing. Overall, not too expensive. Bypass the ice cream at the front porch and get some donafria at any of the stores nearby - cheap and kid friendly.

We ate at Toto's cafe several times. The buffet was a treat and you can not beat the location on the water. A beautiful experience.

Located in the center of town by the river, we went here because they were the first place we saw as we hungrily got off the bus after a day in the ruins. Wood-fired and roasted meats were skillfully prepared, and our table overlooking the river was pleasant, but having to thirstily order lemonade, or anything else, by the glass... More

I had the lomos soltado, which was admittedly quite good, if a little too overseasoned. However, my meal came out 20 minutes after my friend's. It was also 50soles, far too overpriced even for Aguas Calientes. The pizzas are also quite decent, although I have seen pizza ovens in Aguas Calientes using scrap wood in their ovens, so I tend... The best reason to come here is for the view of the river. But I'd recommend only stopping by the bar upstairs for a beer, and not for dinner. We had a crew of 10 travelers and made reservations in advance, and had a deal arranged where we all got an app, an entree and a desert. Service was SO.... More

We had some picky eaters with us unfortunately, so we decided based on reviews to try Toto's because at least everyone likes pizza. We got there, sat down, and then found out that they only had 1/2 the menu. So, the word of advice is ask the hostess what they actually have before getting settled in. Kinda a bummer since... More

After a long day in Match Pitchu, this was a nice resting spot. Aguas Caliente is not a great place - touristy to the enth degree and in general there is nothing great to say about it - think dirty, polluted Lake George. This place however was a good solid place to eat. The food was good, not fabulous, but... More

Thought this would be a bit touristy but the alpaca steak was the best I had and the setting overhanging the river and next to the railway line was great, the ambience lovely and I had a very pleasant experience and would go there again.

Ok. I hate to give bad reviews. But this restaurant is not our style. Very. Extremely touristy. Very average blah food. Even though they serve many items. Wide range. It caters to local tour guides who corral their guests in here to eat the buffet. It's expensive as f. For something you can get across the street for at least... More
