Very good food, much better than we were expecting in the mediocre tourist-trap wasteland that Aguas seems to be. As a previous reviewer has mentioned, vegetarian options were clearly outlined, but only one could be made vegan. That one option was delicious, but cost more than it should have. Nice atmosphere, attentive service. They also offer a box lunch for... More

Had 3 courses after a day in Machu Picchu, starving bellies and we weren't disappointed! Started with quinoa salad and ribs and alpaca for mains! Yummy desserts too. Great service and food, only problem was the ladies toilet was blocked...

We found The Tree House by googling vegan-friendly restaurants in Aguas Calientes (a massive challenge in itself). The ambience is wonderful, the service is good and the food is delicious. They had vegetarian options clearly displayed on one of the boards, but sadly most vegetarian options couldn't be made vegan. That really only left us with one main course options:... More

The food was excellent, very helpful waiters and wonderful ambiance. There were many vegan options as well as Peruvian and American dishes. Definitely worth the visit!

We wanted a very basic meal before our hike up MP. We were able to order simple dishes that were very tasty. Only negative is they put a green liquid (unsure what this is) as garnish on all the plates and I really disliked the taste of it - it is hard to avoid it as they drizzle it over... More

You feel like your actually living in a tree house . With awesome views of the mountains , and you're overlooking the town . Wifi is a little spotty and only in the lobby . Lunch for the day hike to Machu Picchu was more then adequate. And dinners at night was just a short walk into town

The food was great, we were here just for breakfast but we heard really good things about the restaurant. The service was prompt and polite. The décor was very modern and Western. You can tell the place is design to attract tourist but they do a great job cooking delicious food with fresh ingredients. They also make great cappuccino and... More

We stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant on our second day in MP. It is tucked away on a side street so you have to do a bit of hunting to find. But, this gem of an eatery is worth the search. Every ounce of our meal was delicious: the trout, the ribs and the grilled alpaca. The atmosphere... More
