A must visit place in Sandakan, beautiful garden with a scenic Bay view of Sandakan, nothing great about the foods is all about the British Colonial era atmosphere and experience.

If you’re in Sandakan this place is worth a visit. The story of the house is interesting and the tea house is lovely.

Blessed with great weather, we got a spot under the tree in the garden and ordered a couple of scones to have with tea. Nice peaceful atmosphere with friendly staff. We had a relaxing tea break here and enjoyed the view from the hill.

Lovely setting with a large colonial veranda which easily accommodated our large group. Food was typical British (fish and chips, scones). Very relaxing.
