We had dinner there tonight and there were fewer diners than one would expect on a Saturday evening. Despite having to wait a minute or two to be attended to we were courteously received and seated. Our orders were taken promptly and while we waited (about 15 min) we had time to take up and discuss the interesting, somewhat odd... More

Very nice food in a sort of colonial vintage restaurant amidst the new part of Sukhothai. Tastes are refined, well prepared and served beautifully. Great place to have a relaxed dinner.

Dream cafe is the best place I went to eat in Thailand. The place is beatutiful with a lot of history items like a muzeum. The music was classic pop music turnt in to some kind of slow jazz music. You can order special formula made from herbs that help against a lot pains and aches like fatigue, headache,... The... More

I ate here in late Nov. 2015. I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. First of all, I really liked the look of the restaurant. It was divided into smaller areas and loaded with interesting brick-a -brac, beautiful old cabinets and had a very different vibe to the rest of Sukhothai. Actually, I was quite surprised to find it in... More

Asides from the other reviews we decided to try this place with the kids as the old house looked beautiful and the lady that runs in was super friendly from the minute we walked in. They were very accommodating, made things especially for the kids and the three curries we had were delicious. It's not cheap but if you want... More

This is surely overpriced. I ordered an chicken curry and rice here. Chicken curry was reallt greasy. It was just an oil, not curry. When I put my spoon in curry I could see the red transparent oil flowed into spoon. That oil curry was 150 baht. Ridiculous price. I tasted much better curry in ayutthaya in 70 baht. Rice... More

We ordered for tempura vegetables (delicious). The sauteed pumpkin we had for the main course was not that good, but the chicken with cashewnuts was delicious though. Other than that, the nice ambience didn't make up for the long waiting time.

Dream cafe is not the typical thai restaurant from interior as you know but looks more like an Irish pub. The food however is really excellent. Two apetizers (fresh springrolls/banana leaves) and main course (spare ribs/red curry) were absolutely delicious! Portions were quite big. Somewhat slow service (15min for a drink) and rather high price (compared to thai standards), but... More

After looking around at the food market I just wanted relief from the hot and busy town. This place was on the town map our hotel gave us. So very glad we came here. We were able to escape the humid heat and cool down. The atmosphere is such a quirky and deviantly sexual little place. Very enjoyable and entertaining.... More
