I had an enjoyable meal at Cook Kai of standard Thai options with good service in a relaxing environment. Prices are fair for being a resort community, and the menu is extensive. The pad kee mow I had was delicious and fresh.

Freshly cooked food like home. Prices was average and service was prompt. Recommend to try whoever is in Lanta. Both branches had the same consistent taste. From typical Thai food and International cuisine was delicious.

We were in Koh Lanta in low season and on our first day noticed this little place we believe there is 3 Cook Kai's in Lanta all owned by same guy. He and his staff are great they offered us information and even purchased us bamboo rice puddings to try for free or a street seller. Food is really good... More

We were in ko Lanta during low season and many things are closed as expected. This restaurant is not one of them. Great food. Reasonable prices and friendly staff. Add a cool atmosphere and you can't ask for much more. Highly recommend esp in low season when a lot of things are closed!

Delicious thai food. Nice people. Fair prices. We can recommend the yellow curry with cashew and potato and the red thick dry curry!

We found Cook Kai to be a very pleasant surprise. During low season, many restaurants are closed, including all but one in our resort. We tried Cook Kai fro lunch and liked it so much, we went back twice more, for breakfast and lunch. French Press coffee was great, both Thai and Western food very good, and the people are... More

We visited Ko Lanta at a time when the island is pretty much deserted and many restaurants and bars are closed. We thought that this restaurant might be the best of a bad nice but we were mistaken. It's was really great! It is typically Thai but what my boyfriend and I ate (we returned on another evening because it... More

we ordered 2 2 salamipizza's, tomatosoup, green salad, tuna salad en sizzling prawns in cocosause, from this only the pizza's were reasonably eatable. the rest was simply distasteful and below standards. soup tasted like glue, salads were white cabage with a few strips of carrot and onion and a standard supermarket dressing. the prawns were without taste... in the menubook...
