Kesar Da Dhaba is much like a monumental stop in Amristar. The food is typically Indian with big bold flavours and quality that is fit for Gods Consistently churning our goodness since years, their Dal Makhni, Palak Paneer and Chhole are to die for, and teamed with the flakey laccha paranthas, this is a kind of meal one won't forget... One of the best pure vegetarian restaurant that I have tried so far..You can literally smell and taste awesomeness of pure desi ghee in curries..Palak Paneer was out of this world and thali concept was commendable which offered different types of paranthas with 3 curries.. must visit in Amritsar for all foodies!

A simple small restaurant situated in a slim lane in Amritsar near Golden Temple offers great mouth watering food. Pindi chana, dal fry, gobhi parantha, aloo parantha, laccha parantha are some of the highlights of the menu. Service is outstanding and food comes in not more than 5 minutes once the order is placed. Each and everything that we ordered... More

We had heard about this from friends, so decided to have dinner at this famous restaurant which is in existence till more than 100 years. When we reached at around 09:00 PM it was already crowded and we had to wait for almost 30 mins to find a place for us. Food was very oily but had traditional Amritsari taste.... More

Located down a street so narrow, only bikes and scooters can access it , Kesar da Dhaba was an amazing find! This place is a classic Hole-in-the-Wall that you would miss if you weren't looking for it, and when you do find it, it looks kinda sketchy to our western sensibilities. But once you push past that and sit down... More

Small and not easy to find in the back alleys of Amritsar, this place serves great paranthas and other veg dishes.

No body misses Kesar da Dhaba while in Amritsar. It's always crowded and waiting is quite a normal thing at this iconic place. We asked for one Thali and shared in two. We could not finish the whole meal. Awesome preparation leaves you to comeback again. Allow me to say having this food could be a sin, but do it... More

Options available are less. the food is average, its nothing great. the food in delhi is much better and the taste is also average. the location is a bit inside and might be difficult to locate first time. Brother's dhaba is much better and flavourful than kesar the dhabha. This place is honestly overhyped! the only thing good was the... More
