Whenever you are in Panjim you have to visit this traditional Goa restaurant. The food is superb, with a great variety. If you want it less spicy just tell. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Although you can sit inside we preferred the garden. The perfect environment to enjoy a excellent evening

A must place to visit for a meal. Starters were excellent.... Main course could have been better. However, its a place which cannot be missed by any foodie...

A restaurant that does not let you down! A good mix of local dishes together with those from the wider world. Be careful if choosing a local dish, and they do come out very spicy, but still delicious! Great service, great food, and a lovely garden outside.

One of the best places for goan food. Their recipes are authentic and it would be unlike something you've tried in Goa for. The staff is warm and courteous although a bit slow.

The restaurant has really sumptuous food. The width of the menu makes it full of choice and multiple combinations. The Service is exceptional and best is they help you to build your mix for ordering. Overall a very good experience and shall love to eat again at the next opportunity.

A Great experience with cordial staff willing to explain to help order dishes that an outsider is not aware of.. For Vegetarians it was a bit difficult, but at the end it was very nice...typical Goan..... This is what the group was looking forward to.

The setting of this restaurant is gorgeous, in an oasis of greenery protecting you from the traffic. There are outside tables which suited as we do not like a/c. The wine list is good (the Banyan Sauvignon Blanc was delicious) and the prices are fine dining level. The prawn starter was really lovely, but the Mutton Xacuti was mainly bone... More

Really lovely place. Service very good, waiter advised us to order one curry between the two of us as the portions are so big. Great value for money.

First time visit to Mum's kitchen, nice ambience, great cutlery, quick service BUT food was not that great nor did it taste typical Goan. The waiters were definitely not very courteous or helpful in food selection. The waiter recommended Beef Stew. It tasted more like Goan sausages. The pricing exorbitant. I have eaten awesome authentic Goan food in Panjim at... More

Since 1997, Mum’s Kitchen has progressively served rare examples of the cuisine of Goa; it’s a growing movement striving to save the Goan cuisine from extinction.
This place is also a tribute to “Mothers” from far flung corners of Goa for having contributed In compiling exclusive traditional recipes, the result being a range of food so exquisite it’s a testimony to the rich Goan culture.
