The best food I had in the West End. You might have to wait a bit, but it's worth it. The grilled chicken is perfectly cooked each time. I went with the spicy which had a really nice kick and really great hot pepper flavor....I also tried the mixed ceviche which was also excellent and massive. Oddly enough, it was the rice and beans that was the best part of my meals. That's not because of anything being wrong with the other items, it's just that the rice and beans really are that good.More

We ate at Anthony’s often because the food was always yummy! An extra bonus was sitting at the open window watching the sunset as we ate. Perfect!

We really enjoyed the jerk chicken ($8!!)- of varying degrees of spiciness, all of which were perfect for each person ordering. One night had the conch soup & the other had the bbq wings - both were delicious. The chicken is very tender, the beans...& rice cooked in coconut oil & the plantains just the right amount of tender/crunchy or garlic potatoes. It's a popular spot, so be prepared for a wait (we played cards), but definitely worth waiting.More

This is hands down the best restaurant here based on food taste and quality. I would recommend the soup but everything is amazing. I would say only bad thing is the limited staff and long wait but it’s worth it for the quality and taste...of the foodMore

The Cajun chicken is only $8.00 and you get two sides. The chicken is tender and juicy. One of the few places in Roatan I would recommend.

Jerk chicken is their specialty, and you can tell when you taste it! You get a choice of spiciness, and yes, the picante is hot! It comes with beans and rice (combined) and they are so good! They have such a good flavor...maybe a touch...of cinnamon?? Also comes with a side of Pico de Gallo and a choice of garlic potatoes or plantains. Highly recommend!More

Located on the main road on West End Roatan. We had the jerk chicken with soft plantains, coconut rice and beans with salso. It was probably one of our favorite meals on the island. Rosie the owner is awesome too. Eat here you won't be...disappointed and the prices are great. The beer is cold too.More

One of our favorite restaurants in Roatan. The jerk chicken and fish tacos are worth the visit and the prices were very reasonable. We enjoyed the food enough to return for second meal.

Great location, but the flavor of the food does not match the hype. For example, there is nothing jerk about the jerk chicken.

Excellent. My only regret was not going back for a second time. The rice and beans were awesome and the chicken perfect! And the service was excellent. I wasn’t able to get our waitress name, but she is always there and somehow manages to do...it all!More

Best fish tacos on the island! My family came for the chicken. I came for the fish. All of it was delicious! They run on island time, but it was totally worth the wait. If you’re in Roatan, you gotta give Anthony’s a go.

I've been eating at Anthony's for the last ten years. They never fail to serve a quality meal. I like the whole red snapper or the garlic shrimp the best. Jerked chicken is good too. The owners are very nice and friendly people.

Last night we went to Anthony's, and the food was great and the service was fast. Tonight we ate there, and it took over 2 hours to get our food. After waiting over an hour, they served a group of about 8. Then 30 minutes...later, they served a couple of men, then 30 minutes later we got served. It took over 60 minutes to serve 4 people.More

I would not say they are gluten safe. They may be able to avoid using gluten products for your meal, but I believe cross-contamination would be an issue and it would not be gluten safe
