I love hanging at Sundowners! Daytime to grab a burger and a cool drink while swimming at the beach. Nighttime to meet new people and start the walk down to the dance clubs. Very friendly bartenders and overall great location and ambiance.

Cool bar, cool view, cool staff! This is where it happens between 4pm and 10pm. You have sunchairs if you feel like looking at the ocean while sipping your beer. Fire every night on the beach. Good but affordable burgers and bar food. But really, for me it was the staff who made it worth it. Andreanne was a charm... More

Situated next to Sun Divers on Half Moon Bay, Sundowners is a great place to relax after a dive or swim. They front onto the beach so not too far to struggle from the deckchair to the bar! There is always a friendly welcome, both by the owners and by the regulars who frequent the place. Food was tasty and... More

Great place . We stopped in after a day of diving. Friendly staff and nice bar on the beach. We will be back to this nice place. Next door to where we were diving.

Owned/run by Canadians, as you might imagine, the food is excellent and the beer very cold! They serve mostly bar food and it is cooked across the street and brought over by the wait staff. Service is fast and the food hot and cooked to perfection. We loved the traditional BLT's and hamburgers and of course the fries! A must... More

Always busy, friendly, and draws some good live music. Great outdoor widescreen for sports. Cas bartenders and staff. When the night closes in, you can count on this place to still rock.

This place is a great little bar right on the beach. The beers were cheap, the people were nice and it is the best place around to converse a bit, watch the sunset, and have a beer. They also have WIFI, which is great for me.

This place has a great location right on the beach. The drinks are good and the food is alright, chicken nachos made out of chicken strips?? A bit odd... the general feeling we got from this bar was that locals are more welcome than tourists, it's hard to order it's hard to pay your bill. The bar area is completely... More
