Third floor is the best spot..there are 3 restaurants in the building I like the grilled shrimp and their ecuadorian cuisine is excellent. Good juices and super desserts

We loved the food, it was fresh and well done in every aspect! Highly recommended! The meaning of "SISA" is flower. Personally, I can tell that the cappuccino was one of the best I ever tried (and I have tried a bunch, Italy included). Enjoy!

We had a very good light meal at night. Service was fast and no mistakes at all for a 14 people party. We enjoyed live folklore music on Friday night. Enjoyed the views of the church from the top floor. Overall a nice experience. The dessert 3 leches was excellent!!

Otavalo is rich with restaurants and street food, but when you're searching for a truly elegant atmosphere with great views, try S.I.S.A..The restaurant is decorated beautifully with a full menu of dishes, including seafood brought in fresh from the coast. The restaurant, which is on the third floor, has large glass windows with views of the town and Volcan Imbabura.... More

This cafe-restaurant is excellent all the way! It's a neat and nice place. They have a great view of the city and the mountains. It's clean and beautifully decorated. It's location is perfect, just righ downtown. They serve delicious food, and the desserts are yummy! It's just the perfect place for a coffee with friends and family. They also have... More

I came here for drinks one evening. The very top outside bar was closed, but you could still go up to enjoy the view. The inside had a nice atmosphere and the staff were able to make a drink for me that wasn't on the menu. It is a bit pricey and definitely caters to foreigners.

I think this beautiful wood facade building actually houses a number of different businesses - including a ceramic and craft store on the street level, a restaurant/cafeteria on the 2nd floor, perhaps a movie theater, and another restaurant on the 3rd floor - this is the one we visited. We first went for breakfast/coffee early one morning and were delighted... More

It is upstairs overlooking the street. It was very quiet the night I visited. The menu is comprehensive but I only wanted some pasta with vegetables and maybe a glass of red wine. The pasta was spaghetti cooked 'al dente'with a range of vegies, broccoli, cauliflower, green peas, tomato, carrot and topped with parmesan.Very tasty and just what my stomach needed. No red wine by the glass... More

We've been travelling through some parts of Ecuador, but the dinner in SISA was the best we had so far! We've been on the second floor and had some chicken dishes! All were good and tasty and the atmosphere was great! The service could be more enthusiastic, but it was good and normal for the people here! We will be... More

not sure why this place advertises a cafeteria on one floor, a restaurant on another floor and a pizza/coffee bar on another. Service was slow and lacked enthusiasm. Food was uneventful but ok. They do accept credit cards, which was a plus.We tried to eat there twice and both times, were sent upstairs and then downstairs before giving up. But... More
