Our wait staff was completely unavailable and barely even spoke to us. We had no idea that we were supposed to just walk up to the buffet and start. Then after the meal was done it took a while to get the bill. We didn't eat much because it didn't look too appealing to me.

We had 3 meals at the Cafe Colon as it is open 24 hrs and we had an extremely early flight out on our last day. Our first breakfast was at 6:30 am and the buffet spread was enormous. All sorts of choices, at least 5 different juices, cheeses, breads, eggs, delicious waffles, variety of meats, fruits, yogurts, pastries, cereals,... More

Having lodged for four days at the Hotel Hilton Colon, the affiliated attached Cafe Colon is highlighted for its breakfast buffet as a featured part of the "special rate" we received on our hotel room. This room rate also came with "high speed" Internet service for our stay. While the Cafe Colon is open 24 hours a day, serving all... More

Even though the restaurant offered a good variety of food, is expansive for a breakfast $29! Poached eggs with spinach very good, some of the local bread was very hard!

Had breakfast included as part of hotel stay. Tons of options on the breakfast buffet. Service was a little slow trying to get coffee and tea with the meal.

This is a great option with good food and value considering irbid attached to a Hilton hotel. Friendly staff. Their desserts are amazing. It's open late. It's the best option when staying at the Hilton.

It's the buffet restaurant of the Hilton Hotel, it has a reasonable selection of international and local tasty food but at $35 per person is expensive. Also you can order a la carte if that fits better your appetite and budget. Personally I enjoyed the consomme soup and the citric ceviche Peruvian style.
