I had a very nice meal here -- the food was very good, though not what I'd call great. (I had llapingacho, sangria and passion fruit meringue). Good service. Nice location.

Was suggested this restaurant by our tour guide and we were not disappointed for the last day we had in Ecuador. We had the peppercorn steak which came with a good healthy number of sides for a reasonable price.

Excellent food, superb service. Loved the ceviche I ordered, plus the beautiful dessert offerings. Very pleasant atmosphere and delicious food.

The restaurant has an English menu available. The food is excellent and good portions. The dessert cart was amazing!! Lots of local patrons, not a tourist restaurant.

We (four adults, one 16 year old) wanted to get some fresh seafood and Ecuadorian food before leaving Guayaquil (we were only there one day on the say home from the Galapagos). We found exactly what we were looking for at Lo Nuestro. We started off by sharing a platter of Ecuadorian appetizers (empanadas, a sweet corn tamale, a yucca... More

For a fine traditional dining experience in Eucador, this is an excellent choice. The seafood is delightful and the atmosphere is warm and inviting as well as reasonably priced

Since we had eaten at our favorite neighborhood restaurant four times, we thought it was time for a change. And this was a good decision. We really enjoyed a "fancy" dinner with tablecloths. My husband enjoyed a shrimp dish with a coconut sauce. I went lighter after a late lunch and ordered a Caesar salad. Did I miss the tocino... More

Our group of 8 had signed up for a tour on Guayaquil. One of our special requests was to eat at Peruvian restaurant for lunch. We knew Ecuadorians generally have their big meal at mid-day and we wanted to emulate that practice. You know, "When in Rome..". Our guide directed us to Lo Nuestro Cafe. He had a table set... More

What a wonderful way to experience the local flavor and environment of Ecuador. The décor, service, food and ambience was such a treat. Our wait person was delightful and served us an excellent, delicious meal. The shrimp special was so good as was the grilled chicken breast with passion fruit sauce. There was so much chicken that we took leftovers... More
