Beautiful nature, great food and friendly staff

Great place to come to beautiful nature , relax with the kids and eat something good. Children can play on the playground, walk in the woods, ride horses. Once you get hungry, you can go in a restaurant decorated in cowboy style with great steaks and very friendly and helpful staff. We will come again for sure.

Cozy restaurant for Sunday family lunch. For the appetizer we ate a platter of cold cuts and cheese which came very quickly and was very tasty. T-bone stake excellent baked, not too greasy and excellent, as well as desserts.

Great food and amazing ranch!

Last month we explored around the restaurant. They have amazing food and we highly recommend the Buritos Rancheros, It is very tasty without any doubt. The ranch is amazing too! The horse rides are amazing for kids, but be gentle with the horses and ride them when they're in a good mood! We had: Fatboy, Buritos Rancheros and Texas Burger (it is as big as Texas!). Amazing place to eat lunch and have some fun.

Too expensive

I visited the restaurant three or four times, solely because of the ambiance and friends who wanted to try the food. Each time I ate something different, but the taste of the food was always the same, because with all the dishes they put bechamel sauce with herbs. The staff is arrogant, the waiter took the wrong order and when we pointed it out to him, he was extremely rude even though we were polite. And very expensive.

Feels almost like in America 😁

The place is amazing, especially if you have kids. We came without but still have a lot of fun. We wnt on Saturday so there was even live music. Ambiance is great, the wood is near by with park and sitting area. The food is very good, portions are huge, maybe to big for my taste. Menu is fun to read and stuff is fun and very nice. One tiny little thing that maybe can be updated is to put in the menu all the ingredients that goes into the dish.

Cowboy...thumbs up!!

Great place, in the spirit of westerns. It looks great from the outside, as does the restaurant itself from the inside. Everything is shown quite faithfully. The staff was polite, professional and cheerful. The service was up to par. An interesting touch is that the staff are literally dressed as cowboys, which is really cool. The food was nice, tasty, everything was excellent. My love and I had mushroom soup, ribeye steaks with pesto and delicious coleslaw and carrot salads with dressing and roasted peppers. In the end, we took ice cream with warm forest fruit and brownie with ice cream. The food was excellent, we are very satisfied. After you finish your lunch, you can walk to the horses that are around the restaurant and you can pet them and have a little fun that way too. Very nice. All in all, we had a nice time. Thumbs up for this place.

Slick Old West Grill

Really good grilled food, massive steaks and bbq ribs and burgers. There’s also lighter things like gnocchi and salads. You can sit inside or on the terrace. Real good view abouts when it’s sunny, and I imagine it’s pretty sick in winter too. Service was friendly and spoke great English. It is a bit pricey for the massive steaks but worth it for the day out. There’s also horses in this field next to it. Someone was riding them around, not sure if that’s to do with the restaurant or not but it was pretty neat. Also… this is the best bit, there’s this little cat that goes around under the tables looking all cute and stuff. It’ll lie down at your feet and you can pet it. Don’t feed it like, it’s just there to look cute.

Cool Ranch

Cool location about 20km from the center of Zagreb, completely in the countryside. Lots of free parking available. A reservation on the weekend is recommended as it is always busy. The food tastes very good and the price is absolutely fair for what you get. The service is friendly and efficient. All in all a good experience.

From time to time we like to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city to this beautiful place surrounded by greenery and forest. Restaurant and surroundings decorated in cowboy style, waiters dressed as cowboys... Authentic experience: great food and family friendly! The food is worth recommending. It is necessary to reserve a place because it is always full.

They canceled reservation hour before arranged reservation

Desaster. They canceled reservation an hour before reservation. Reservation was acepted by email and telephone but thay excuse was that they system failed. The profesionalisam is horrible and understanding that we were on trip to their place. Our business lunch with partners was trasfered to other restaurant.

Better in person than any recommendation

I heard so much about it, but it is different when you get there. AMAZING food, huge portions, and the staff are super friendly and helpful, even when crowded. Too bad it was heavily raining days before the visit, so we didn't get a chance to walk around the ranch, but we will come back anyway. There is a unique energy in this place. Keep up the excellent work!

Huge ranch with lots of horses runing arround settled in a pretty surroundings. The restaurant ambiance is wooden and rustic with lot's of seating places. Food is great. There were 15 of us and no complains what so ever. We ate ribs, staks, burgers and vege burgers. I highly recommend it !

Food poisoning!

I visited your restaurant with friends for the second time, but definitely the last, as we got food poisoning. I ended up in the emergency room because it became quite concerning after two days of not being able to lower my fever and dealing with all the symptoms that come with food poisoning. They said it was most likely salmonella poisoning. Fortunately, my friend didn’t end up in the emergency room like I did, but that doesn’t change the fact that there’s an issue with how food is handled in your kitchen or how it’s stored. Judging by the comments, we’re not the only ones this has happened to. Your food is otherwise okay, nothing more or less, but something like this is unacceptable.
