On our first night ate we in Perec town, together with hundreds others. Luckily the next day we found Villa Romana, restaurant at the sea shore, with a viev over the blue wathers, with excellent food (both pizza, but also fresh caught fish and pasta) and attentive but not intrusive service. The prices are as at other places, so you just get everything as an extra. Next time you are hungry, you just come here. You find a free parking nearby as well. Enjoy you meal.

Tasty takeaway pizza

We got takeaway pizzas from here one evening so we could take them and watch the sunset nearby. They were ordered and cooked in less than 15 minutes. Nice pizzas and reasonably priced. It made for a fun, memorable evening.

Vila Romana, our absolute favorite restaurant! This restaurant is not only impressive because of the fantastic sea view from the terrace, which makes dinner at sunset an experience. Consistently good quality for more than a decade. Unfortunately, this is not found everywhere in the food and the staff. Here you are served by waiters who are able to place four plates filled with food on the guest's table without any accidents. The house specialty, tartar prepared at the table (usually by the chef himself) is a real hit. Fresh fish (on ice to choose from), lobster or tuna with a sesame crust are just a few highlights. For meat eaters, I recommend the truffle fillet with homemade pasta or the rump steak. The staff are always friendly and Danny has been working here for the eighth year in a row. A sign of a good working atmosphere that also contributes to economic success. Yes, at the end of a lovely evening the bill comes. My opinion: The price-performance ratio here is 100%. I don't regret a cent that I spent here. (14 visits in 7 weeks) When the connection for a table reservation failed once and no one answered, I was called back 5 minutes later. Since I'm a beer drinker, I unfortunately can't say anything about the wines. My rating: 5 points Claus (Croatia fan for over 30 years)

Points for the staff! The waitress who served us was very lovely and smiled everytime when serving us. It really makes a difference if the waitress is on a good or bad mood. Atmosphere was friendly and we felt welcommed. I ordered tagliatelle with truffels and my partner had mixed meats, wich he liked a lot. My pasta was also good. The place is located so that you can see the beautiful sunset at the sea while dining!

A tasteful evening by the sea

We received a friendly welcome and our dog was immediately given a bowl of water. The advice on the food was top notch. The mussels weren't my thing but the beef tartar prepared at the table was simply a dream and a huge portion. All the other dishes are also highly recommended and the fish in the salt crust - professionally filleted at the table - was a dream. Price/performance ratio is definitely OK. We'll be happy to come back.

Very nice restaurant. Servers are very friendly especially Danny, who’s been here for a few years now. They offer sea food, but if you din’t like it you can still choose some good food. It’s located right next to the seashore. Family friendly.

Very nice place directly on the sea! The furniture is very simple but the chairs are comfortable and that's what counts 😄 We ate very well and everything was based on fish. Their fish soup, in addition to having a super price (€18), is really delicious as are the seafood flavors taken as an appetizer Very nice and friendly staff I will definitely be back!!

Based on reviews we had high expectations but were left very disappointed. Who puts chopped cucumber on a pizza, it's a salad item and not meant to be cooked. Wanted to try the wine before buying a bottle, and were charged for the one sip we had. Charged for bread that was not ordered. It was not fresh, so asked for butter which was also charged extra for. We didn't even eat it as the bread was so bad. Nice location but would not recommend as food and service not up to scratch

Hi there.. Hello lady.. Thank you for your review..Before writing any kind of review an adult person should know the difference between cucumber and zucchini..In our restaurant a vegetarian pizza had no cocumber at all..But it has zuchinni.. And when saying bread was very bad we could not agree...We make twice a day fresh homemade bread.. For lunch, and for dinner.. Thank you! Wish you all the best!

Stunning sunset view with nice food and service

Worth coming to watch the wonderful hues of colour as the sun sets. We had a mixed fish platter which we enjoyed. My daughter found her prawn pasta dish overly salty. The staff were helpful and attentive. Ultimately we paid for the view which made it worth it.

Insider tip, great terrace with sea view

A really great restaurant, we ate there three times, turbot, mussels, pizza, everything was fantastic. The owner gave us really good advice and was very helpful. When we were there the next day at lunchtime with our bikes, we were served very nicely and were allowed to put the bikes on the terrace.

Very friendly staff and reasonable prices! Very very good food, in a location that is on the sea. We went there based on the reviews on trip advisor even though there weren't any recent ones... we tried anyway and we weren't disappointed, on the contrary! Highly recommended seafood appetizer and mussels with tomato!

Very beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, courtesy and friendliness but little attention to detail... the whole evening without a napkin and requests for cutlery several times even when the food arrived on the table. Good tartare made at the moment, the house wine is good which I think is of their production. Recommended in less crowded periods

One of the best restaurants we know! Excellent food at fair prices and incredibly courteous, professional staff. It makes you feel welcome. The location is amazing. For us definitely 5 stars!!! Insider tip: The olive oil - can be purchased there. Rarely tasted such a great olive oil, wonderful!
