We both took pasta. My wife had the bolognese and me the Joakim. Both were excellent. The place is deep in the center and worth a while.

But don't be misguided with title, food was great aswell. Me and my girlfriend went there without reservation for a dinner, waiter was super helpful so he found us a table for 2 even it was reserved for later time. My girl took sea food risotto and i was eating pljeskavica aba (filled with cheese, paprika and prosciutto). Food was... More

We have chosen this restaurant on TripAdvisor, so our expectations were big.The staff and place is very nice with great atmosphere. However the food was average, the taste empty..the biggest disappointment was french fries as a side to almost everything, pasta and mangold without taste...I am sorry to say there are better place to eat.

We stopped here after bicycle trip from Lanterna camping (tar). Dagnje na buzaru were delicious. Greek salad was good. It was nice and pleasant place.

We dropped into Porec for a day of sightseeing and decided to eat at the number one rated restaurant Konoba Aba. We arrived early and were greeted by the owner who recommended a good time to ensure we would receive a table. Later we arrived and were seated by the son of the owner. We order an appetizer and a... We had to reserve a table three days in advance for this restaurant so make sure you do so well before you plan on eating there! Upon arrival the waiter who took our reservation immediately recognized us which was a nice touch. We were served quickly and friendly. After a few days if dining in Porec I knew they do... More

We tried the truffle omelette and risotto: amazing! Really good stuff, a must try in Porec :) the salad and vegetarian risotto were apparently a bit over average. Good service and nice location!

The curse of being ranked number 1 is that expectations can be high and not always realised! This is a perfectly pleasant unpretentious restaurant serving food of a reasonably good quality, but there was nothing particularly memorable about our meal.

This place is extremely small and extremely quaint. Inside the restaurant there are only 3 or 4 tables so most of the dining takes place on the tables outside in the street. Not uncommon for Porec. Service was very friendly, food was rustic but absolutely excellent. Not sophisticated in any way but you could feel the love coming from the... More
