Ordered a pork steak and potatoes, ended up with horrible stomach pain. Nice ambient, but pricey food, and the meat tasted old. Sorry Lika House! I wouldn't normally leave a comment, but your lunch has been giving me serious stomach pain for the last 10 hours!!

While several in our party ordered fish (entire fish is served), others ordered salads or lighter fare. The service was friendly, but lacked a lot in translation. Dessert was good ... an okay stop in an area without a lot of restaurants. No air conditioning --- on a very, very hot day.

Stopped here to fuel up for lunch before heading into the park. The server was friendly and service was efficient. I had the lika (sp?) soup and plot ice lakes salad and it was fine. My husband had the trout platter stuffed with mushrooms. He found it very tasty.

We opted to end our 4 hour walk around the lakes with a traditional meal. The service was friendly, the food good - though not easy if you are vegetarian. We enjoyed the rustic dishes, delicious cheese and dessert. The red wine in the region is always enjoyable. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

We visited licka kuca twice and the meals surpassed our expectations twice. We received home made bread and local goats cheese as a complimentary starter as well as a salad. Both meals were very reasonable for UK standards both being under 5 pounds a head including drinks. We were pleasantly surprised as other reviews said the standard of food was... More

We ordered the veal platter and the meat was very tender and tasty and it came with a lovely light salad with an apple vinegar dressing. Our waiter Nikola L (Lukevic?) was very friendly and funny and even gave us a recipe book with traditional Croatian dishes. Good value for money.

I enjoyed pan-fried whole trout stuffed with mushrooms and cheese, polenta, a salad, and walnut roll for dessert, as well as a Croatian white wine as my first meal upon arrival in Croatia this June. The atmosphere was unhurried. The surroundings reminded me of a ski lodge with the dark log walls and light wood chairs and tables. The service... More

It's a beautiful restaurant. The food was good, but a little bit greasy. That seems to be a problem with many restaurant we ate at in Croatia. The service was good. We waited for some friends for some time and the staff was very friendly and understanding.

We stopped by after visiting the lakes, lunch was nice, spoke fluent English and there is a little playground for children, which is always helpful.
