Still not a lot open restaurants in Makarska bit this one opened yesterday. Pizza is a main meal here but we can not say that others are less good. I eated mix meat from grill and it was very good. Thay serve traditional "balkan" meal "cevapcici" with chicken and rump steak. My friend eated pizza and could see way this restaurant is on the first place on the lists of pizzerias. Coming back definitely

Amazing experience

Today my husband and I visited Restaurant Centrum and we were amazed by food and service too. Our waiter Ivan was very friendly, so professional and made us laugh all the time. He recommended a great bottle of wine and our food. I had green tagliatelle with smoked salmon and my husband had medium rare steak with rice and potatoes. Steak was beautifully made, homemade potatoes were crispy and tagliatelle with salmon very creamy and delicious. We also had a homemade salad with our main course which was fresh and seasoned well. We ate all and wanted more. For dessert we had pancakes with ice cream which were delicious too. To sum up, fabulous food, fabulous Ivan, fabulous restaurant. We recommend and we are coming back.

Great food and great service!

I have eaten at the bistro pizzeria centrum on three occasions over the course of my 5 day stay. All of the meals were prepared to my satisfaction and the service was quite excellent. Ivan, our waiter on all three occasions was fantastic. He provided prompt service, attention to detail, and plenty of ice! In such a busy section of Makarska riviera Ivan was able to seat guests, wait on tables, and make everyone feel welcome in a timely manner. Cheers to bistro pizzeria centrum in Makarska and cheers to Ivan for a job well done! Highly recommend!

this place has lovely pizza and pasta as well as salads, burgers, steaks and vegetarian options. The view is beautiful and our waited Ivan was so hospitable and friendly. Highly recommended!! Thanks Ivan 😊 we will be back

Good location - miserable waitress

Visited this restaurant mid week evening. Good location, looking out to the marina. The menu was extensive, which was a concern as one wonders how they can cook so many dishes. I had macaroni carbonara (which is actually penne) and my wife had vegetable lasagne. Both meals were fresh and piping hot. My carbonara was tasty and my wife’s lasagne was ‘ok’. The only negative sadly was the miserable waitress who couldn’t crack a smile and showed absolutely no interest in us or her job. Had she done so, this would have been a better experience. I appreciate waitressing isn’t the most stimulating job in the world but it is a job and engagement with customers is essential.

Great Pizza!

Me and my friend went here two times and loved the Pizza and Pasta. It’s really hard to find good Pizza in Croatia but here we’ve eaten the best one so far. The personnel is really friendly, especially our waiter named Ivan was really kind and lovely.

Today i visited pizzeria centrum with my friends. We eated pizzas and steakes. We also drinked a few bottles of vine and the owner buy for us a something like calzone pizza. We were blowned with it like with everything we eated. Service is friendly and polite and we will definetly come back ! Greetings to the owner !

I visited this place four years ago, and decided to come back again. The restaraunt is modernized, looks super, very bright and comfortable. The food was fine. We were served by the same waitress who did not loose her charm. Compliments.

Disappointing culinary experience

I recently had the opportunity to visit the restaurant and would like to share my experience. The ambience of the restaurant was fine, however, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. It almost seemed as if no effort had been made to create something tasty on the plate. For starters, I ordered the tomato salad, hoping for something fresh and tasty. Disappointingly, I only received a single tomato with no accompaniment. There were no spices, herbs or dressings that could have enhanced the salad's taste. The tomato salad tasted bland and boring. I was really disappointed that so little effort had been made with such a simple starter. Unfortunately, this lack of taste was evident throughout the menu. The main courses were also disappointing and left a lot to be desired. The dishes lacked flavor and creativity, and it seemed as if the chef lacked passion for good food. It was really unfortunate that everything tasted of nothing. Although the ambience of the restaurant was fine, I cannot give it a positive review due to the very poor quality of the food. It is a pity that such potential for a successful dining experience was not used. I hope that the restaurant will continue to develop its dishes and improve the taste quality in order to offer its guests an enjoyable experience.

Great harbour Front Restaurant

Visited this restaurant twice, had chicken risotto , Pizzas and lasagne, great food. especially the pizzas very tasty, thin base with good toppings. Staff very friendly , well worth a visit.

Amazing Vibe! Ivan is fantastic as well!

Our team ventured in from Baska Voda after a few day on the beach and can confidently say this has been the best food we’ve had. Our waiter Ivan was attentive, prompt and funny. He came with our drinks quickly. He also provided multiple bread basket refills. The entrees were great. Multiple pasta dishes along with two different pizzas. We had no room for dessert but they looked exquisite. Definitely recommend when your in the area, and if your not, make the trip down!!

I visited this restaurant with my friends.. i had tagliatelle with seafood, friends eated steaks and pizzas and we were all satisfy. Its busy but abd we waited for about 15 minutes which is pretty fast for such a busy and cozy place.. definwtly coming back. Best regarsd for waiter pavle from micho and his friends

The food was brilliant, the staff is very happy and friendly especially the older waiter Petar Jokić. Funny man but very friendly and extremley professional. Deffinitley coming back and would suggest it to everyone. 10 out of 10.

Great food delivered quickly. All had different meals, Spaghetti with Salmon, Macaroni cheese (penne), tagliatelle carbonara and ribs. Very tasty, delicious. Service was good, although forgot our salad but we didn’t need it. Portions are large, beer is huge and wine was nice. Def recommend and would go back if we were staying another night as the menu is extensive - heaps to choose from

Such a lovely restaurant, with great food, and amazing view. The staff was so polite and friendly. The waiter named Ivan gave us amazing recomendations for the food and good places that we should visit. All in all such a lovely place, with great food and amazing atmosphere.
