We had a lovely dinner at Oaza. Service was very friendly, even though we arrived rather late (9 30 pm) and were the last guests. Fried Calamari and Salad were good. What convinced us most was the lovely garden seating - during the day probably with a nice sea view, but also in the evening nice, quiet and airy -... More

Walking through Lovran in croatia we stumbled upon this amazing little restaurant hidden down some steps to a beautful garden and a great view over the sea. The atmosphere was relaxed and calm and the food was really good. I eat the fish soup and a mixed grill so full of meat and so beautifully cooked. I tried the local... More

I have been in Lovran for many times but never in Oaza, now I have understood why I had no interest to visit this bistro. Friendly and good services contrasted with non tasted dishes. Pizza was in general OK, but ordered steak (Florence style) was not fresh, really disappointed.

We came here to grab some pizza, but one look at the menu made as forget about it. Delicious food, value for money, beautiful terrace surrounded by trees. Friendly staff. We'll come again (cant' wait!)

We only had 48 hours in Croatia and really wanted to have some sort of truffle dish during our stay. We literally walked by, read the menu, and decided to try it as soon as we read the word "truffle". The atmosphere was a nice, quiet change to the typical patios along the street. A private terrace area with plants... More

We stopped in to have a drink and on the recommendation of our waitress we tried the local delicacy as it was cherry season. Do have it it is worth visiting this place just for this. Home made we were told!

Thanks to the Rough Guide to Croatia (second edition, a bit old now), we had pizzas here on 16th September, and then again on 17th September, the latter being a take away. Toppings are generous, and the bases are fresh. On the occasion when we ate in the restaurant, the charming waitress saw that we were being troubled by mosquitoes,... More
