Fig Cafe Bar

Ratings and reviews

Certificate of Excellence2017 - 2018 Winner

Location and contact

Located down a charming 16th century alleyway, Fig is focused on vibrant, interesting food with an emphasis on healthy alternatives. Whether you're looking for something a little spicier like our Mexican pulled pork and vegetarian curry, or something lighter like our unique selection of flatbreads or salads, you'll always get something fresh, fun and different. Because of our limited size we can not take reservations of less than 8 for Fig Cafe, however if you'd like to book a table for our sister restaurant in Starigrad please give a call.

This small bar is hidden up a small side street and worth making an effort to find. The food is simple but delicious. This is a popular place so go early to secure a table.

Very small casual place in a vague lane in the city center but the food is worth it any day. The special chicken roll, the vegetable curry with cucumber raita and the grilled peach and sweet potato salad were great and flavorful. Chef Geoff and...More

Small place just off the main platz in Hvar. We were attracted by interesting and eclectic offerings on their sign board. The lunch we got was amazing. The fig and farmer cheese on a focaccia-style flatbread with greens was simply amazing. The “chili butter chicken”...More

We stumbled upon this place whilst looking for somewhere for lunch and we were not disappointed. Nice menu, abit different from the usual offerings. Me and my partner both had the flatbreads which were delicious and they definitely didn’t scrimp on potion size. Good value...More

We needed to phone for directions, but once we found Fig Cafe Bar we weren’t disappointed. I ordered the chicken burrito without the pita (ie served as a salad), my friend had the vegetable curry. Both meals were enormous, ie one meal each and we’re...More
