Friendly staff and beautiful restaurant. Food was lovely. We had the antipasti to start with and I ordered the chefs special which was chicken in white wine and polenta. I have to say this dish was delicious. Very tasty. As for the orange cake, fantastic!!!...I need the recipe :). I keep saying to my partner this was my favourite meal of the whole holiday. Thank you!More

We really felt like we were having dinner in someone's home. Atmosphere was truly domestic and pleasant. We ordered fisherman's plate and it was delicious. No complaints.

My girlfriend and I ate here for our first meal on the island - unfortunately it meant that all our meals after this one never quite hit the mark. The food was incredible, friendly, family service, in a quaint setting away from the hustle and...bustle. Best food in Hvar!More

If you are searching for a local authentic place where you can try normal healthy food without all those same gibberish around the world this is the place. We had a vegeterian stuffed bell pepper and a wild boar with gnocchi. Boar was hunted in...Hvar wich is really great to eat something from the island itself. Everything is calm relaxed and easy. Service is top notch with a lot of information and time to speak with you as this is a small cellar family run for a long time.More

We had the fisherman plate for two which was one of the best dishes we have ever had. If you love fish and traditional cuisine I highly recommend visiting this restaurant.

Wonderful local food by a family owned restaurant for 20 years. Cozy, not pretentious and very delicious. I really appreciated supporting a place like this especially during post Covid as the season has been tough on all tourism. Let’s be sure to dine and support...these yummy family owned restaurants!More

This small, intimate restaurant is located in a rustic old house, roughly halfway up a lane of steep steps that lead to the trail to the Fortica. The restaurant has a small patio, which was full when we arrived for a late lunch, so we...were seated in the cozy and comfortable dining room. The restaurant is all family run. We met the father at the entrance slicing meats and was seated by one of his daughters. The daughter was a great help in selecting both the food and wine. Beside being very informative, her service was spot on. The food was prepared in a simple, traditional Dalmatian way, and it was excellent. Although we were seated very close to closing time, we were never rushed to leave. Highly recommended for a delicious and relaxing old-fashion Dalmation lunch. Hope to return.More
