I wish I had liked the restaurant more as it was recommended by a friend but the wait time was shocking. My Octopus salad arrived in ten minutes - which was great. The food was slathered in olive oil, a bit greasy but it was good. And then my main took all up an hour.
When I asked the waiter what the hold up was, she did say sorry and that it was busy. I responded with “it has literally been one hour” and she started to get agitated & was not polite AT ALL. It would have been nice to have a heads up that my Mediterranean Tuna Steak & Gnocchi was going to take so long as by then I’d lost my appetite.
The tuna was great but a bit salty. The wait time is definitely a reason I won’t be back, that and the service but also though the food was tasty, I feel like I’ve had better in Croatia...

This restaurant has the most picturesque seafront terrace in Bol, so previous table reservation will be a must. You can expect traditional dalmatian cousine, so go there if you're up for some grilled fish, "buzara" or "pasticada". Prices of appetizers are between 80 and 150 kunas, while mains in average cost 150-200 kunas per person. Wine list is not very big, but there are some good choices on there. You can also order their house wine per glass.
We almost had no remarks for our appetizers, both mussles + prawn and carb gnocchi were delicious. Restaurant should only rethink those degustation-like dishes from the menu (mine was called Warm fish plate or similar) since the components on them aren't at all connected and can leave a guest a bit confused.
The staff is very professional and well informed about all of the restaurant's food options. They can give you great recommendations if you wish and also take great pictures of the guests if they are asked.
What we didn't like during our dinner was a music playlist which had no connection to the restaurant (our traditional dalmatian night started with house music and ended with Rihannas pop hits). There is also enough room to modernize everything a bit (eg. the menu cards, staff outfits, napkins and plates...) to make the restaurant more representable to Millenials and Z generation. The cooking should stay the same - traditional and awesome.
Ps. Best gnocchi Ive ever had. Would kill for that recipe :)

Of our 20 days along the Dalmatian coast, we had our most memorable dinner here. Spectacular table on the water. Staff were friendly and our preference to split plates so that we can enjoy multiple courses was accommodated without hesitation. The food was perfection. We had cocktails, three courses, a half liter of wine, and after dinner drinks for 86 Euro plus tip. We didn’t want the evening to end.

Came here for a meal with my family after local recommendations. Great setting and the food was good but the service was the worst I've ever experienced. The first bad sign was when the waiter poured the wine and spilt it over the sides of the glass. He then took the glass away saying it was dirty and brought over a replacement. Not only did he not replace the wine he'd taken away in the other glass but neglected to pour into the replacement. Despite being questioned about this there was no recognition that he'd just thrown away a glass of wine which we were expexted to pay for. The food that arrived was good though the bread we'd ordered for the table never arrived.
When it came time to pay the bill there was a problem with their card achine which meant that they left us standing around for about 15min while they tried to fix it with no word of apology or offer of even a glass of water while we waited.
It's a real shame as the setting is beautiful and the chefs are obviously skilled but it was all let down by the appalling service

Came the other day, ordered glass of wine, was told food obligatory to be served (ok, would order later). We were only ones there so no crowd. Came the other day at the same time, we were told they are on a break. Despite having stated they work without afternoon break. Typical dalmatian behaviour: will profit from single foreign visitors stopping for nice setting, all else irrelevant. Avoid at any costs if you as a local don't want to support lazy dalmatian "entrepreneurship".

After 5 nights in Croatia, the fish is so good and abundant everywhere, that it’s easy to become a bit “fished out”. Not here. There is no more romantic, beautiful and peaceful setting in Bol and the food was fabulous. We had the grilled prawns cooked over a wood barbecue and caught locally that morning. Washed down a terrific local white. It’s “pinch me” good in the most stunning location and backdrop, heaven.

Okay - so we ate here twice for lunch - beautiful location , good service and the food was REALLY good .
The fish and mussels were the best I’ve had . I would defo recommend - not sure how busy it gets of an evening , but we really enjoyed our lunch and I felt it was very reasonably priced as well

We went to the restaurant to have a dinner around 8 p.m.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We got a seat beside the sea.
For appertizer we had a dish called "Fisherman's plate"- octopus, marinated prawns, smoked tuna and marinated anchovies. It was very delicious.
For the main course, we ate the "Grilled fish mix" - tuna, prawns, monk fish, squid with grilled vegetables and "Tuna steak" with fries. We were going home so full and satisfied.
All recommendations, we will for sure visit again.

Greatest spot in Bol to have lunch or dinner. It is literally by the sea. The food is very delicious and staff friendly. They made me a dish which was not on the menue and it should be!!! it was soooo goood. Instead of njoki with scampi they made me risotto.... njaaami 😍

Lunch with the family at this beachfront restaurant. Attention: they only take cash. And they ask you for a deposit, even if you booked deckchairs at the adjoining beach with your family, while you pick up the money from the ATM.
The platter of a mixture of grilled fish was correct. Shrimp (6 pieces for EUR 23 were overcooked and therefore very difficult to peel. The extra vegetables were good. Like Bolognese linguine for children.
The service really depends on who covers your table. As much as the morning waiter who helped us settle on the beach was helpful, the lunch waiter gave the Impression of being disturbed when asked something. On the other hand, it seemed more inviting with customers who spoke the local language.

This is an excellent restaurant that ticks so many boxes. The service, food, wine and setting were all wonderful. The seafood was fresh, expertly cooked and delivered by a team that, to us, seemed to care about what they were trying to do.
One point I would make, and it certainly doesn't deserve the restaurant to be marked down in my opinion, but if you call to reserve a table then make sure you request a table away from the open air kitchen. They can be a little hot and smoky.

The staff was terrible. When we asked what do they recommend the waiter said to us: How would I know what you want? Fish is terrible, I had fish mix, and my bf brancin. Squid was not grilled enough, it was hard and crunchy like I’m eating some kind of vegetable. Tuna stake was u recognizable, brown like chocolate, dry, hard to chew. Terrible. The only good thig was the view. Location of this place is amazing.

Walked 5 metres from our sun loungers yesterday for a glorious lunch here. It was just beers and feta cheese salad but it tasted fantastic with that view over the pebble beach and azure waters to the monastery across the bay. This is a must visit in Bol and ranks up there with the coolest restaurants I’ve ever been too. It’s mid June and easy to find tables now but I’m guessing it gets very busy in high season which may be the reason for some of the negative reviews. Where else in Europe could you drink a half litre of beer for less than 5 Euro in such a memorable setting.

Me & gf came here few days ago for a glass of wine, they told us we have to order something to eat, which was completely fine by us. Then we came 3 days after, because location is really marvelous, fully dressed at the exact same time, they told us they we're on the break and not serving for another hour and half?! Declared business hours are from 8am-1am, and break hours weren't mentioned anywhere. Are you f***** kidding me???
