Very nice restaurant place on the seafront. Place for 5 people found without Reservation. Upon entering we found a maid crying because she had been scolded by the Owner. Large portions. We had a bruschetta, a portion of fried squid, a linguina with clams and a sea bream. The fish was not fresh but still edible. Pasta please not with cream. We have been in Baska anyway since the kids were little and this dreamy place tops all the nice restaurants we have been to in Baska. Top selection of various well-prepared dishes for everyone's tastes. Particularly appreciated are the sea delicacies and meat dishes. Monkfish with truffle sauce and scampi is recommended if you are two and share. Otherwise super nice attentive staff with humor (spec.Jasmine with that 💫 little extra) that always makes you feel well taken care of in a nice environment by the beach. Restaurant with a class of its own and completely spacious prices considering what you get as a customer.

Located at the beginning of the seaside promenade, not far from the tree-lined car park and the small church of San Marco, Cicibela is probably one of the busiest and most popular restaurants in Baška. The interior is furnished in an original way and recalls the appearance of a ship. I find myself unfortunately making the first negative review of my life .. We returned to this place after many years, dragged by beautiful memories, despite having read some unpleasant reviews.
We sit almost immediately around 9.30pm and take orders, a spaghetti with clams and a pasta with truffles (the latter really very good). Pastas arrive not even 10 minutes after ordering along with drinking. We ask the waiter for a bowl for the pieces of clams because otherwise I would not have known where to throw them. I immediately realize that the clams are all, and I emphasize ALL, closed. I point this out to the waiter who picks up my plate (with a fork attached) and has it redone. Meanwhile my partner realizes that the napkins were also missing and we have them brought. The pasta arrives after 15 minutes, now with all the clams open, with a spoon. I was out of fork. Worst of all, it was smoked IN THE restaurant!! We were put in the back of the last corner and ignored there for an eternity. Let's finally get the tickets, the waiter didn't come to us for ages. When he finally got back, you could tell he was very annoyed, we asked if it was possible for our child to get a pizza with ham and salami. That absolutely could not be done and the waiter became noticeably only more annoyed. My husband ordered calamari from the grill, but instead of chard (he absolutely doesn't like it) he wanted salted potato. The potatoes were not salted, but they cost another €4,- extra although the chard was NOT included! My Calamari Fritti were OK.
From sitting down until we finally had our food it took a beaten hour, although max. 7 tables were occupied. After dinner, however, the waiter was very quick with the bill. To top it off, the waiter threw 5 sugars on the table for our child. Once and never again!!!

Service always in hurryand its understandable because there are many tables and not too many waiters. We ordered black (cuttlefish) risotto and grilled calamari. Risotto was more grey than black (in other restaurants in Croatia when you order itis asblack as coal) and tasted like a vegetable risotto. Grilled calamari were good. A bottle of ordinary sparkling water 6,00€ (overpriced). Considering Cicibela of one of the longer existing restaurants in Baska , I consider the price is much higher than the value received and should improvement.

Bruschetta: tomato sauce (which is probably also used for pizza) spread on top. Charred. Served.

Nice place on the seafront in Baska. Excellent service, friendly and helpful waiters. We ordered a dish for two with a variety of fish, all really excellent and in the right portions. The price we paid was definitely correct. I absolutely recommend.

Friendly little place with great seafood. We had the Buzara and the prawns were cooked to perfection and the best we’ve ever had. I had a tuna salad which had chunks of warm cooked tender tuna with pepitos and arugula and a nice bread basket. Excellent light lunch on a hot day.

We chose this place as menu seemed good and it was busy. we asked for the house wine €18 for 75 cl and small bottle of water. Waiter presented the wine bottle saying local wine, merlot. I was falsely led to believe I was agreeing to the house wine, and stupidly accepted what he said. On the bill it was Cabernet Sauvignon and charged at €41!!! Our dinner cost nearly €100 and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Second time at Cicibela after it was recommended to us by locals in 2021. This time grilled calamari and Šurlice with salmon and scampi. Excellent taste. Only the Šurlice were a bit too scampi-heavy, much to my girlfriend's dismay.

Very arogant service. Thanks to misundertanding we got a wrong meal for our son, so we ordered a new one. Unfortunately, the waiter very arrogantly insisted on paying for both meals and finaly had a couple of vulgar comments when we were leaving restaurant. Never again!!

The food was very delicious! The menu and food variety is awesome! The location next to the beach and the promenade is very good as well.
We didn’t have a dinner reservation, however, we were lucky: We waited for approximately 15 minutes and the got a table.
The pre-course (calamari and ricotta) was very good as well as the tuna steak. However, not all of the mussels were open (7 out of 20). It was extremely hard to open them (though I am a chef myself). This is a big no-go! Besides that, absolutely perfect!
