My husband and I visited this restaurant on a lark, without a reservation and were fortunately able to get a seat...the place was really busy but it was early, so we were able to get a table for two. The wait staff was VERY professional, kind and knowledgeable about the food and wine selections. We will definitely be returning!!

My husband and I were visiting Birmingham for the weekend and wanted to go out for a nice dinner. I looked up Restaurants in the area we were staying and found this place. It has decent reviews and looked like food we might enjoy. The valet parking was a nice feature. I had made reservations online and when we walked... More

I have eaten at some of the best restaurants around and the fennel crusted lamb was the best meal I can recall. The service was perfect, personal but not too buddy buddy. ambiance was just right for that special occasion. We will have to go back and try some other dishes!

Went for a business dinner and had a great time. Food was excellent, delivered to the table quickly and the staff was great. Our water was never empty and a drink was offered when low, I'm my opinion this is a mark of a great restaurant and a pet peeve of mine. I will go back.

We were there on a Thursday night so there was plenty of room and reservations would not have been needed, although they were busy toward the end of our meal. Great meal as in the past. They do tend to be on the gourmet side, so don't go and expect to get country cooking.

Nothing from Satterfields has ever disappointed. Amazing food! They always accommodate our food allergies(gluten, dairy, soy and peanut) and create an outstanding entree! You can't go wrong with this fabulous restaurant.

My husband asked me to choose a restaurant for my birthday dinner and I picked Satterfield's. We chose to skip the valet parking out front and parked our car in the back. Pictured is the set of stairs we took down to enter the restaurant and back up to the car. Our waiter was excellent and very attentive. We started... More

We went to Satterfield's with a group and reserved the private dining room. The service was great and our waiter handled the large group very well. Drinks were wonderful and the selection was large. I had the filet and it was one of the most flavorful and tender filets I have ever had. The chicken was phenomenal as well. The... More

Amplifying the first part -$30 for a chicken breast my wife ordered that was ok. I had sea scallops - $30 for three scallops with mediocre flavor. Wouldn't complain about the prices if there was a wow factor. The only wow for the chicken and the scallops was the price. The wow dish of the evening was the Mississippi rabbit... More
