Ordered 3 meals to take out and picked them up outside the restaurant. Paid the waiter and gave generous tip. Got home and entire order was wrong and appeared to be food someone had not finished as it was half eaten. Called immediately and spoke...to manager and relayed what happened. We live over an hour away from the restaurant so manager stated he would send gift cards for amount we paid. Waited over a month and did not receive any gift cards. Called and left messages. No response. Waited another month called again and left message again no response. Called in November again same thing. Called corporate office and left messages and no response. Sent 7 emails to corporate office and no response. Called CEO of company and she gave me name of same person I had sent 7 emails to. Again called her and sent 8th email. No response. Contacted Better Business Bureau and filed complaint. They sent 3 complaints to them and got no response. This company has the worst public relations ever!! They just simply ignore you. I have been there several times and always had a pleasant experience but never again!!!More

Very disappointed with the service to say the least. The Salad bar is now self-serve when just two months ago you were only allowed to have salads prepared by the staff and brought to you. This change in allowing anyone to go to the salad...bar and expect for them to properly put on hand sanitizer and keep their mask on during a complete service and not cross contaminate with Covid is very dis-concerning. Management I.E. Patrick explained this is how we’re doing it now and this is the following CDC guidelines. He waited until my wife got upset to then offer to have meats and or items prepared in the back for her specially. My wife suffers from stage four cancer which she explain to him when he came to the table and he still lead with this is the way we are doing things. The previous management would have made this right the very first time this is my worst experience and I’ve been coming to this restaurant since it open. Unfortunately I do not think that until COVID-19 it is over or they change their policy me or my wife will no longer dine at this location. On average we spend at least $125 every time we come not including tip. I hope the management takes this review seriously and makes the appropriate changes. Happy Thanksgiving.More

Very dissatisfied. This was our second visit. Our first visit a year ago was very good. This visit was very disappointing. The meat was the reason for our visit but it was not nearly as good as a year ago. The meat was almost not...eatable. It was the quality of the meat as well as the cooking. We had recommended the restaurant to friends but will no longer be able to recommend it to anyone.More

Overall, we had a great time at Texas de Brazil, but it was only because of the wonderful people we were with and the abundance of tasty meat. I love the concept and would be interested in returning some day, but not if I could...not be absolutely assured that the facility would be properly cleaned and the staff properly trained. We had to wait a long time for a table, which is not usually an issue. However, the wait was made somewhat miserable by the filthy premises outside, where all the seats and tables on the patio and porch were filthy, showing that they likely had not been cleaned for days, if not weeks. Meanwhile, about 40 minutes into our wait it started to rain so we stood inside. While we were there I was able to observe the operation and it was great in some ways, but almost comically appalling in others. The meat carvers were on their game and I did not notice even one table being neglected by them. On the other hand, the people who greeted guests and cleaned tables were hilariously inept, uncaring, and inefficient. They were unfriendly with their greetings and moved about doing a half-baked job cleaning tables. One young lady took three trips to a 4-top table to clean it, spraying it and swishing a rag half-heartedly each time, as if she really didn't understand how or why should clean a table. And amazingly, she walked past an empty and uncleaned 8-topper (tables moved together) every time she went to the 4-topper and never even bothered to clean it. Between trips, she stood around near the host desk, wandered down the hall that led to the bathrooms, and just generally took up valuable space. She did this for over 30-minutes just while I watched. It was an amazing demonstration of what not to do and how not to do it. Finally, somebody cleaned a few tables and we were seated. The servers were wonderful, the salad bar fare was okay, and the meats were fresh, hot, and tasty. Overall, I would give the meal 4 stars and the condition of the restaurant and slovenly conduct of the non-serving staff 1. We are in no hurry to return.More

We had been to Texas de Brazil before the shutdown and had a great dinner and experience. We had brought a couple with us that had not been before. When we left they commented it tasted a so so meal at Applebee's for triple the...price. . Our server was nice but what was at one time a great experience was painful for server for she had been there in the past and knew this was not like it had been before. Also place was hot and we were told air not working and it had been out for weeks. Looks like they are closing and staff knows. In he past Management would stop at tables and ask how we enjoyed our food. Not today they knew best not to ask. So sorry to see it off our lists of places to eat in future.More

We came to Texas de Brazil for a celebration dinner for a family member and what a feast we had! As you know in this type restaurant there is one price and all you can eat. We had reservations for 12 and they were ready...for us when we arrived. Be aware parking can be a problem and allow ample time to find a spot. We were seated quickly and attended by friendly staff. We started at the salad and food bar where I found the Brazilian black beans and rice to be delicious. There are salads, soups, meats, cheeses, potatoes among many others. They bring out hot cheese bread and then when you turn your meat skewer indicators to green, here comes and endless supply of skewers of various cuts of pork, beef, chicken, lamb and sausage. There are so many cuts it’s hard to keep up. They were all delicious and served by pleasant servers. It also a large spacey restaurant so there is room to visit and enjoy. If you want a feast, this is the place!!!!More

I visited with a group of friends during a convention across the street. We had no reservation but were still seated promptly after a few minute wait. Our primary server, Becca, did a great job explaining what to expect as most of us hadn't been...there before. The salad bar is well stocked and presented with class. We also ordered one of their new drink specials (I don't recall the name, but it was some type of lime/sugar/rum crush) and they were delicious - strawberry, coconut, and the original lime are the best versions. The onslaught of perfectly cooked meat delivered to our table was overwhelming (in a great way) and really added to the experience. We closed out our meal by indulging in some of their desserts - the key lime pie, chocolate mousse cake, and creme brulee are all fantastic. Instead of providing a dessert menu, Becca brought out a serving tray of all the options so we could actually see our options before ordering, which was great. All in all, the price of the dinner is very reasonable for the amount of food you receive as well as the unique experience.More

This was our 1st time coming here to Texas de Brazil. Wonderful restaurant and wonderful service. We will come again when we are in the area. We were too full for desert. Maybe next time.

We have been there several times over the past few years. We were most surprised by our recent visit. Inspire of having a reservation, there was an extended wait at the front door. We noticed many tables were vacated but unbused while numerous guests were...delayed with us. Once seated, the server was very friendly but in general, the entire restaurant seemed short staffed which made service seems slow and frantic. When meat options were brought around, our table was often skipped leaving us with very few choices compared to our past experiences. For instance, we were offered flank steak and chicken parmesan repeatedly with only a few other options offered. Again, this was disappointing compared to our previous experiences.More

So I have to say I was very disappointed in this visit. It started well with the host being great, but slowly went down hill from there. The waitress was very nice and did a great job as the night went which is why I...even gave the rating I did. The gauchos were horrible they were rushed and if you told them no to what they had they acted upset. At one point I got ask after I said no to some sausage are you done eating then? I'm sorry, but i don't come to spend 60 dollars on a meal just to be rushed I don't come for the pork or chicken I come for the picanha or the lamb chops or the beef ribs which never made their way around either actually. To sum this up leave the attitude at home I am the paying customer if I want a particular meat then ok and make sure that you check how its cooked well done and medium rare are two different things.More
