I used Superior Grill to cater a lunch for 35 people. They recommended that I order 4 fajita trays plus queso/dessert/tea etc. The catering menu indicates that each tray feeds 8-10 people. I spent over $700 and the 35 people I served ate plenty and had more than 1/2 the food left over. Michael should have been more transparent with... More

I don't really have anything negative to say and I would eat here again; but the food was just good, not great. I think the prices were a little high also. The Margaritas were decent, once again, good not great. The chips and salsa were good and fresh which is a plus. I ordered the Tres Amigos fajitas which was... More

Home made tamales that were yummy. Great service by Joe! Salsa and chips were excellent. Good value overall with $5 kid's meals. Live band created and fun environment. We were celebrating my son's 10 year cancer free anniversary. Server announced to the room and our bill disappeared as a nearby table picked up our tab! We had a great time... More

The food was very bland. Not what we expected. The service was average at best. The chips and salsa was not up to par.

If I could give employees a star rating, I would give the hostess a 1 (or 0, if possible), the waitress a 3 and the kitchen staff a 5. The hostess gave us an approximate and reasonable time to seat us. After a group of four that came in after us was seated, my husband went to find out what... More

I got a frozen house margarita. It was great but expensive. The chicken is cooked perfectly, not so the beef. I got all chicken. My father got a beef taco. Said it was too dry. My wife got the salad with chicken. She really liked it! Again, stick with chicken- they do it right!

I love the atmosphere and the food. Was not disappointed with my meal. Loved this place when I came in February, and I still love it!

I've been to Superior Grill locations in both Birmingham and New Orleans and they are both really great for Mexican food. I absolutely love their chips and salsa--light chips with just the right amount of salt and very tasty salsa. I usually get the fajitas or tacos (always excellent) when I've gone, but my husband had the bean soup and... More

Food is as good as any. Queso dip is the best I know of. Crowded and really loud. Kinda leaves you drained when you leave. Don't like having to yell to carry on a conversation. If you don't mind being in among a loud crowd the food won't disappoint.

Sat at the bar. Service was ok. The two bartenders were not attentive at all. The bar area was less than 1/4 full. The food really was that tasty. Very bland. The beer ( no tap beer ) was served cold. I will look for a different Mexican place my next visit.
