We had been touring China for a week or so and fancied a Western meal. We were recommended The Brew” which is an Austrian owned and run western restaurant established in 2008. The food and service was very good we would certainly go back again.

Took the opportunity for a western meal. Had the pork neck which was excellent. It appeared to be a speciality of the house as it takes about 30 hours to prepare making it very succulent.
Seven of us went here for lunch as we needed a break from two weeks of non-stop Chinese food and were not disappointed. Between us we had tagliatelle with basil or carbonara and grilled chicken breasts with pepper or mushroom sauce with chips and salad....We all enjoyed our food and also the company of the Austrian owner. Look out for the vintage Mao posters on the walls especially upstairs!More
Good place to get some western food or drinks at evening time. Prices are pretty good. I would recommend the hamburger.
The veggie burger was tasty. With egg, tofu and pesto. Pizza vegetarian was ok. Not the best i've had but good for china. All by all, good for a western restaurant in China. We were the only ones eating there, and the place felt really...empty as the interior isn't cosy or anything special.More
The pasta was excellent! The food was well prepared at a reasonable price. If you're looking for western food in Yangshuo, this is the place.
We really enjoyed our diner here. They serve good western food and drinks. Only the fries and potatoes were a bit scarce.
Very quiet but still went in... Glad we did... had a great brace of burgers for me and my wife. Good Sauvignon blanc and the local beer. Good price. Wish them the best of luck.
I had the triple cheese burger and my girlfriend had the blue cheese tagliatelle. We were both reasonably happy with our food. Waitress was really friendly and a bit more attentive than most in China but, for perspective, we were the only ones eating there....Beer on tap was decent too. If you want reasonable western food, it’s not a bad choice.More
The double beef and cheese burger is by far the best in town. Also had the smoked porkneck, its delicious! My wife had the beefsteak and loved it. Fresh salad, decent fries and nice drinks / cocktails.
