Fuegos de Apalta in Montes Winery by internationally aclaimed chef Francis Mallmann cuisine is based in the simplicity of the best products of the Colchagua Valley and other emblematic zones of Chile. The focus point of the restaurant is without a doubt the three-meter high fire pit used to roast and smoke different dishes ranging from meats, lamb, vegetables and fish.

The whole experience was amazing! Food incredible. Wine was fantastic and the best service ever. The views were panoramic. It was great watching the grilling and cooking. Even the bread slicing was fun to watch. The service was top notch. Whole experience was memorable.

This restaurant belongs to Montes Winery and is located in the mid of the vineyards. The look is amazing but food and wines are even better. All dishes have a smokey flair and the kitchen is open to see.

It is worth every peso... Unique flavors, every bite surprises. We tried the tomahawk steak and the eggplant starter, for dessert we had the coconut and lemongrass ice cream. Really special flavors. Unique experience.
