Gave this place a shot amongst the many on the main strip in SP, wish we hadn't. It's okay, but much better for the money. The pisco sours were undrinkable. All sour, no pisco. We added water to dilute, to no avail. We later informed them of the bad experience but they didn't offer to take off the check. Pizza... More

We showed up here for a late dinner. It was dark inside and intimately lit, but it had a hip and trendy vibe. They sat us at a high top, but at least the stools had backrests. Otherwise, they do have comfy-looking booths against the other wall. We were served soup, a main course, and an interesting dessert. The food... More

We got a nice table by the fireplace, in a rather cold night, for dinner! Food was very good, white wine was chilled... it was a great night! Not the best food ever, but the whole experience was very enjoyable. Favourite was the roast salmon... seafood quinoa risotto was good but a bit too wet and lacking some seasoning, for... More

I was fortunate enough to come across Angello and Francisca, respectively the bartender (and magician of Pisco Cocktail variations) and the cook of Blanco. I fully recomended Francisca Salmon Ceviche and Angello's Pisco of Burnt Rum (and other ones too!)

We opted for the set Menu. The potato soup was the best soup ever. The ambience is like any other restaurant in San Pedro, but the food and service is a class apart. Good Price. Good Music.

Blanco was recommended to me as a trendy place, popular with visitors for its fine cuisine. I have to disagree on the latter. Yes, the décor is Blanco, white on white, the service friendly thought a bit harried even though I was the only one there around 6PM. In need of something fairly easy to digest, I chose the gnocchi.... More

Great food - we found ourselves planning what we would eat the following evening, there were so many tempting choices!

food was actually ok, but otherwise unpleasant experience. it started by the doorman being unhappy we wanted to sit in the first hall by the door, which he didn't bother to hide - minor detail, so we ignored. waitress took our food and drinks order. sitting for quite a long time, still waiting for our water and wine, then manageress... We dined twice in Blanco and both times the food was good and some dishes were excellent. The atmosphere is cozy and lovely and the service is prompt and good (unusual for San Pedro). This isn't the cheapest restaurant in town but it isn't the most expensive either. What it is, is a place of good value. Recommended
