I went there with an Indian friend. I ordered Murg Makhani which was delicious. Naans were very good as well, and then I had Julab Jamun. Reasonable prices for visitors (but a bit expensive for locals).

Tandoor is a rarity in Brazil: an Indian restaurant that serves reasonably authentic Indian cuisine. That said, it is the details that let it down. While the food is reasonably tasty, it lacks a certain zing that great tasting Indian food has. In terms of heat, having opted for a murg (chicken) vindaloo, the dishes are very mild; in Indian... Tandoor was the closest Indian restaurant decided to have lunch there. Ordered Vegetarian Thalli. Looked good while it was served but taste was ok. Samosas in the thalli were cold as if they were cooked much earlier. curries were sort of ok, Nan was good. Comparatively service was good but price was almost US$ 27/- equivalent. Overpriced for quality of... More

I've been here a few times. It may not be the best Indian food in the world but it is probably the best in Sao Paulo. All dishes I have had here have been good. I hadn't eaten Mango Kulfi in a while... it was delicious. One time there was a problem with the receipt machine and they emailed a... More

Excellent authentic traditional Indian food, friendly service, we visited during peak hours in a large group and had Indian guests, and our experience was awesome from start to finish. The food is a chapter on it's own - fresh and delicious.

Doesn't look much from the outside but the food and service is excellent and very reasonably priced. This is genuine Indian food not a gimmick Indian restaurant located in Brazil. If you want a change and like this type of food then I would recommend it

If you are looking for great Indian food in SP, this is your place! It's near Paulista, so it is very easy to get there with a taxi or bus. I shared the sample platter with a friend. At first, we were nervous about the 3 small bowls (a chicken, lamb, and vegetarian dish), but it ended up being the... More

Description
Since 1990, Tandoor offers Indian specialties in a cozy and casual environment. Upon arrival, adventurers are invited to take a journey to India. The restaurant welcomes guests with the replica of an Indian inspired palace door, along with sounds of Bollywood movies, as well as the scents and flavors of more than 70 typical dishes offered on the menu. The owners, a couple originally from Mumbai, selected the dishes carefully considering all kinds of palates, from those who enjoy spice in large, medium and small levels.
