The cocktail culture is small in Sao Paulo, but growing and this bar/restaurant is at the forefront of the growing culture. The bartenders are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I didn't have a chance to eat there, so I can't speak to the food. If you're...More

I always thought about Casa Ramona as a bar (I really don't know why!) but when I got the chance to go there it really surprised me in a very good way. The place is CUTE, music is good and my friends and I had...More

I had the set lunch today (ice tea, starter, main course and dessert) for 59 reais. It would have been a 5 star rating had the pork rib not been a bit too salty.

I went there because of a friend's recommendation, since I had just arrived in São Paulo. They only had the most expensive wines from the menu, many of the mains were also not available. I ordered a 'bife a cavalo' and it was super salty....More

Very nice Brazilian food with a modern twist. The sweet potato andngarlic starter is a must try. This place has a very chic atmosphere, the only downside is that the city centre at night is not great.

It's tough to find a good place for dinner in Centro, which is why Casa Romana deserves a review! Dishes are a little fancy but not too bad - good that there are vegetarian options, and my bacon broccoli fusili pasta was surprisingly not overcooked,...More

Good food overall which has a modern contemporary take on burgers and salads. You will find some well done dishes here ranging from steak tartare to shredded duck. Staff are ok, a bit blasé and indifferent and "too cool" to do their job, but they...More

Description
Since 2012, Ramona serves the best contemporary cuisine downtown. In fact, it is famous for the chorizo steak with charred vegetables, the galeto stuffed with brie and pear and the homemade hamburgers. The experience here is not limited to the kitchen. Our Bloody Mary with two slices of crunchy bacon became a hallmark and the cocktail menu is admired by bartenders and "drink maniacs". The atmosphere is informal: there is a piano for anyone to play and the soundtrack brings a selection of rock from the 60s, with songs by Bob Dylan, Rolling Stones, Lou Reed and David Bowie, among many others.
