Bauru sandwich is special and different. It tastes good but it’s expensive and small. But I think you should give it a try. It’s traditional.

You will not regret coming here if you're touristing nearby. The famous bauru (roast beef with cheese and tomatoes) sandwich and feijoada are worth the value, in this traditional restaurant at the heart of Sao Paulo.

I do recommend going to Ponto Chic and trying the traditional Bauru sandwich. Simply delicious and totally worth it! The Pernil sandwich is also a must!

A traditional place in São Paulo, where the Bauru sandwich was created. It's not a fancy place, by all means. It's very simple, as simple as you can ger. But they deliver what they promise: excellent food, pleasant service, honest price. Recommended.
