I love going to Margherita with my friends, but it is not a very cheap place and it can be pretty full at times. Try to reserve a table if your party is too large. Last time we went there, I thought the pizza dough was heavier than before. It might have been just an impression, though. I also like... More

I've been having Margherita pizza since 1995. During this time, I keep trying others and always reach the same conclusion - this is the best I've ever had, anywhere in the world. Its a combination of good crust, nice cheese and delicious tomato sauce. Plus, everything else is good. My opinion is widely shared, no matter when you go you... More

For Sao Paulo this is not a cheap pizzaria. The interior is very accesable. I dont know where the idea of serving sangria with pizza came from but it works. the margarita pizza itself, is one of the best I had in Sao paulo. I really enjoyed the caiparinha as well. The time I went was early on a weekday,... More

The pizza is fine, but it's not the bedt in my opinion: that distinction belongs to the other place nearby whose name starts with an M. The sauce here is simple, on the bland side. Cheese is plentiful but not particularly flavorful. Crust is fine. Long lines on a Friday night, two levels of Paulistas enjoying themselves.

Menu is huge - lots of variety and something for everyone. Great pizza, tasty and fresh. The pizza's are placed at the end of your table.. the only thing I found odd was that when you went to get a slice of your pizza the waiter would come over and do it for you. Felt like I had to wait... More

My favorite pizza place in Jardins. I like this place, they have so much pizza options and the service is very good. They have great eating place which gets very full but it's a nice place to sit and enjoy the pizza with friends and family.

The Marguerita Pizzaria is a very traditional pizzaria in Sao paulo and has been around for about 30 years and it pizzas are very well known for its creative and different ingredients, all of the best quality. The pizzaria itself is big, but it is always packed. On the weekends is very common to see a big line outside the... More

Ok, so you're traveling like a local, and I'm telling you to eat the pizza. Get over it. This is GREAT pizza with creative varieties and incredible care. This is not something you'll find in, say, Chicago. Or New York. Or wherever you're from. Eat. Enjoy.

Simply the best pizza in town! If you don't have a reservation be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes for a table. Meanwhile, I'd suggest enjoying a sangria at the bar. Friendly staff. Pricey but worth every penny! Try the zucchini pizza (the best ever!)

Staying in Jardins

Neighborhood Profile
Located just below important Paulista Avenue, Jardins is the junction of four smaller neighborhoods: Jardim Paulista, Jardim América, Jardim Europa and Jardim Paulistano. It is an upper-class area, offering a variety of things to do, including shopping, museums and parks. The neighborhood is well known for “Oscar Freire”– the most luxurious street in the city, packed with high-end boutiques. In Jardins you will also find a trendy museum, São Paulo Museum of Image and Sound (MIS), which people often line up for hours to visit. If green space is what you're after, take time to relax at Trianon Park, a refuge in the heart of Paulista Avenue.
