Good times and great fish

When returning to the state of São Paulo, which I do on a regular basis this is one of my favorite stops. Service is always attentive, and atmosphere is just plain fun. A group of ten of us spent a very pleasant evening at "Big Foot". We decided to order plates of starters instead of single meals and really enjoyed that option. This meant we ended up with lots of fried fish and seafood but it was very good food. Beers are cold. Do yourself a favor and go to the back... More

Exotic place, very well decorated beach-theme, very pleasant, with very good and generous portions (like a side). My attempts on more traditional food were not good, so I sticked to the portions of fried shrimps, fish, squid and more. Excellent for informal meetings.

This place is VERY popular among locals. The food (mainly Brazilian freshwater fish), the beers, caipirinhas and service are just great. Pezão (meaning "big foot" in Portuguese) gets crowded at anytime on weekends, so try to get there early.

At first sight it looked a bit simple with the canvass sheets on the outside. Once we walked in it turned out to be quite a nice place with a good crowd inside enjoying themselves. Nothing speaks more for a good restaurant than being jam-packed with locals. The service was professional, quick and very friendly. The food fresh, tasty, plentiful... More

Where is possible to eat very tasty seafood sea! The bait fish is delicious. For those who do not want seafood, try hiding jerky (escondidinho de carne seca) which is very good.

CROWED! Friday night, Saturday or Sunday = Waiting for an available table: HOURS! Thanks to the manager, you can wait with free appetizers and beers.... Apart that, the beer is really cold and the food is really tasteful, but depending your hungry level, wait sometimes can turn in a nightmare specially when you go with kids. I particularly don't like... More
