A lot of the restaurants in Rio weren't taking phone bookings so we decided to go on the off chance we'd get a table even though it was during the Olympics. The reception advised us of a 30 minute wait which was fine as we were in no hurry and it meant we could have a drink a the bar... More

We arrived here with no reservation and 6 people in our group. The main level of the restaurant/ bar area was full, but they found us a table downstairs in a room where there was a large business dinner happening. The room had a lot of atmosphere with stone walls and rustic tables paired with fine china. People were dressed... More

Sure, Rio has many fine meat rest. - I was told so before coming here. This one gives the full expirince. Excelent meat and wine selection - do take the stairs down to the wine storage.... Service was very good (i hate it when they are all over you....) and pricing was Avg. (20$ for a Tenderloin) If you are... More

I travel a lot and also visit Uruguay and Argentina. So I'm used to excellent steak dinners. This dry aged bone in Rib Eye was something special though. Served on a hot grill plate and still sizzling, it was seasoned very well and extremely tender. Accompanied by a great Caipirroska de morango (strawberry, no sugar) I had one of the... More

We had the Picanha which is their most favorite cut, and the prime rib (not the same as what we call prime rib in US), and both were out of this world. Service was great but unfortunately the waiters don't speak good English. The lovely girl who checks you in and sits you down speaks very good English, and she... More

We met our friends and family here while staying in Rio to watch the Olympics. We emailed to try and book, but got no reply, so we phoned and booked a table easily. The staff appreciated our (fairly rubbish) efforts to speak Portuguese, but they spoke good English anyway. The atmosphere was great and the decor etc very good. A... More

We came for dinner. We chose to eat the rump beef speciality of house. The service was good . The meat as well but the sides were disappointing. We had eggplant which was not well cooked which is a shame in a Italian restaurant. The wine list like every were else in Rio is overpriced ended up with a Chilean... More

A nice place to eat... no matter if business or leisure. Meat and fish very good. Some interesting items on the menu. Good wine list. Watch out for the recommended wines: some outstanding wines difficult to find elsewhere.

Great go-to restaurant in Rio and popular for business dinners. The food is very good. The service is pretty near perfect and they have a reasonable selection of very good wines. I usually go to this restaurant when visiting Rio.

We had a mix of sea food and meat. We're super happy to be able to accommodate different needs in the same place with great quality

Staying in Leblon

Neighborhood Profile
Leblon
In addition to being one of the most upscale neighbourhoods in the city, Leblon is charming, elegant and simple. This posh area has some of the most famous and expensive restaurants in Brazil, along with some of the city’s best nightlife (including some places open all night). One of the best places to visit is the beach, located under the impressive “Morro Dois Irmãos” (Two Brothers Hill). It’s a pleasant place to relax and admire the local beauty.
