Local restaurant with a 'street feel' to it. This is reflected in the pricing too. Warm welcome. Great service. Selection of BBQ chicken and meats seved on a platter. Had rice and black beans and salad as accompaniment. Some cold refreshing beer. its the real...Rio !More

Local winner. Almost a street-kind of like Restaurant. Lots of food. Cheap. Good grill with a lot of options on the same plate. I would say cheap. Value for money. Nice service.

We enjoyed an outstanding evening meal as a group of three friends. We sat on stools at the bar, which for us made it a more authentic experience. Side dishes and dips were prepared in front of us. We ordered a sharing platter of meet...and sides which was great value and tasted terrific. Brilliant experience!More

Rubbish, save your money, over cooked crap, we had the Carrasco to share which was chicken, steak, pork and sausage, the chicken was dry and must have been cooked hours ago, all the steak was inedible the pork was just as tough and the sausage...was full of gristle, the chips were refried and when we pointed it out to the waiter he took them away, didnt bother replacing them, this place is a joke and not worthy of their ranking on TA, save your money and find somewhere else because you wont enjoy it and you will just waste your money, shame we didn't take pictures of the food to post as well, truly shocking, we left more than we ate and we left hungry, shame really but what can you do when they serve you awfully over cooked food, we did complain but the waiter wasnt really intrested, o and the fresh orange juice was blended not squeezed, not nice, even the salad was a disgrace, lots over grown watercress and only a few lettuce leaves, I mean this place was unbelievable bad and I'm not sure how this place is even in business, they certainly have no pride in their food that's for sure, I guess the one star goes to the bottled water, atleast they couldn't mess that upMore

It was delicious and affordable. Would recommend, the service was good; spoke enough English and food came out quick.

I think the mixed reviews are about expectations. If you come across this hole in the wall and you end up sitting at a table on the sidewalk - the food is fabulous. The meat is amazing!! If you expect fine dining, this aint it....Amazing home cooking. Ok, sides a bit simple. Good dessert. And quite a bargain.More

Had high expectations because of the raitigs on this site. It was close to our hotel so we tried it. We bougt a plate for to plus 3 beers at a total of 130 Real, got absolutly full. The meat was good but the sides...were not special in any way. There was a siren above a carport going of every five minuits. Not cozy at all.More

We came here for a quick dinner and found this place incredible. Service is super quick and efficient, the meat was very tasty and cooked perfectly and it is really value for money. We took a churrasco misto which comes with fries and rice, 2...beers, and spent 115 reais. The place was full of locals, some of whom came for take away so this is definitely a genuine churrasco experienceMore

Food was very good. We ordered for two and got the picanha steak, which came cut into smaller pieces. The steak was cooked perfectly, juicy and very tasty. You need to cut the fat off the end part as it is cooked with it for...flavor. We also got the broccoli rice, which was delicious, French fries and egg farofa (bread crumbs and egg mixture). Price was great. Place is very local but excellent and pretty cheap too.More

We were holidaying in Rio with my brother and his wife and chose to eat here based on some very good reviews. WOW! Food was amazing. Had a number of Brazilian BBQ dishes. Flavours were incredible. Sides and a couple of rounds of drinks for...R$150 or $50 Aussie. We went back again before we finished our stay in Rio for another serving. 5 out 5 again #doyourselfafavourMore

Copacabana
The rowdy Copacabana is one of the most traditional
and old areas from Rio de Janeiro. This neighbourhood
is a blend of Brazilian soul - crowded, rowdy and
traditional. This neighbourhood has a bit of
everything: bars with music, pubs, street fairs,
chaotic streets, and many shops. All these things and
more live side-by-side. There are options for all
price points and tastes. However, the most powerful

I don't believe that there is a website for the the restaurant, but sides will run you about 15 - 18 Reals and the meats are between 17 - 35 Reals. The portions are very generous and with the exchange rate with the US... More
