I walked past this restaurant for years and always found it an inviting, warmly-lit narrow space with white tablecloths, wine glasses, and bottles of wine on the table, a touch of class in an otherwise un-classy part of Copacabana. So I stopped in for dinner...More

I've been to Bacaro do Lido a couple of times, and Today I had a wonderful dinner! The talk with Tomazzo, the owner, was also a very particular moment, my wife and I really enjoyed the dinner!

During the Olympics this street is extremely crowded. We were lucky to have a table here. It is a small restaurant. The food was very good, the staff friendly but the kitchen could work a little bit faster.....

everything: bars with music, pubs, street fairs,
chaotic streets, and many shops. All these things and
more live side-by-side. There are options for all
price points and tastes. However, the most powerful
