Great discovery ! A helpful manager guided us through the extensive list of healthy (yet not plain) options and translated every ingredient for us. Don’t be put off by the queue, the ordering is quick and the meal worth the wait! Delicious and reasonably priced.

We visited verde vicio for lunch and were greeted right away to walk us through the menu in English and make sure we felt at home- the girl who helped us was really genuine, too, not like some of the locals in tourist areas who just want you to spend your $$ there. Great meal with fresh food and excellent service! The quinoa salad and salmon were our favorites!

I come to inform you that today was the last time I ate at this establishment. The light feijoada you sell for delivery at home via ifood is a disrespect with the customer who pays about R$50,00. The amount of chicken put in it is absurd. It would be more honest to take off the chicken crumbs and classify it as vegan. Let this message serve as a re-evaluation, though private, may imply little or no change.

Enjoyed a brilliant lunch, in an extremely convenient location and with attentive and friendly staff!
The food was top class, with ample choice for all dietary needs.
We shared both fish and chicken and tried some of the unique recipes from the kitchen. Would certainly recommend the bacalhau!
If you have a sweet tooth, then the apricot and walnut will sit well with a coffee.
Enjoy, well worth a stop.

Despite arriving about a minute before it closed, we were warmly welcomed into Verde Vicio. The manager talked us through the different options and we were happy to see so many vegetables after eating so much churrasco in Rio. A delicious change in bright and modern surroundings.

If you are looking for a healthier option to have lunch in Downtown, Verde Vicio is definitely the best option! Great dishes for vegans, veggies and "normal" people. Gluten free, no sugar, etc.

a large , bright, spotless and very well taken care of ,restaurant that looks so clean and fine with wooden furniture in light colors... downtown Rio was chosen by me.
They have a diferent menu everyday , I was lucky and ate wonderfully well, a roasted chicken ( i love it well done as it is) with Dijon mustard sauce.
A salted cheese cake ( so light and fresh) and the pumpkin kibes ( fried rolls) also fresh light and tastyyyy with the mild pumkin flavor. Well yes there was a desert( I took the diet one) but it tasted sweet , again light and fresh a great orange and apricot pavé. At the end I discovered why the personel was so smily. They new what kind of happy meal they were serving.
There were many salads all looking colourfull and recently made, but i didnt take them.
A long and fast line is the result of a tasty food at fair price.
So if you want something really fine and above average lunch downtown Rio, you got it.

A wonderful surprise in Centro. The restaurant has just had a make over. Staff was super friendly and very attentive. The food is healthy and very tasty. Many options to choose from. Good price. Definitely recommend!!!

All the dishes at this charming & authentic eatery looked delicious. The fish choices were both healthful and well prepared. I chose the Brazilian salad which could have sufficed as a main course. The service was warm and professional. The food was as good if not better than many notable fine dining restaurants in town. I would highly recommend this restaurant, especially to those of us who want to eat a healthy diet.

This little gem is located near to the most important points of the certer of the city.
A great variety of fresh salads, soups and fish and chicken hot options are always avaliable in good portions.
The only 'con' is the way they charge - per number of options. If you make more than 3 or 4 choices, you´ll pay more than necessary. Choose no more than 2 salads, a hot plate and a dessert (diet or light) and enjoy a very good and healthy brunch...
