We had a great experience in this restaurant in Rio. The place is really nice, the service is good and the food is the best part - the fish is fresh and tasteful. The couver is really good and for main course they offer a wide range of great food. Prices are a little high, but it is worthy.

The seafood is excellent in this hard to get a reservation restaurant in Ipanema. But be prepared to call your banker first because this tasty restaurant come with steep prices. I doubt you will leave the place with less than $100- USD per person after purchasing your bottle of wine . If you got the cash, then enjoy & you... More

From the moment you step into this restaurant, you know you are getting fresh seafood. The first thing you see is fish eyes (whole fish) greeting you along with lobsters, prawns, oysters, clams, etc. Everything is on ice and ready to be cooked up for you. My family and loved this place and decided on the variety appetizer which was... More

This is a wonderful seafood restaurant with great service and a great ambiance. After being seated we were brought some delicious bread with various spreads as well as crispy fried anchovies, all of which were fabulous. The wine list was comprehensive, and very reasonably priced compared to other restaurants, where the same wine was 60 real ($20 US) less! We... More

We had great seafood, pasta, and a very nice local bubbly (from Rio Grande do Sul). And a very nice selection of Brazilian deserts.

Let me say that way: it is a fantastic old style Carioca restaurant (it doesn't mean that it is old, the interior design are cool and modern), in many things remember me other Lisbon restaurants, with a fantastic seafood but it is very expensive. The wine list is very good too, very complete. I got a pasta with razor clams,... More

I visited this restaurant 12 years ago and on my return visit with my wife I was blown away again. We both chose Lobster Thermidor and it tasted amazing! The appetisers you receive at the start (for a small cover charge) are also very tasty. Overall we loved the ambiance and whole experience.

We had lovely food in a fairly anonymous but swanky environment but were disappointed with the speed of service and the price. One starter, 2 mains of risotto and one bottle of wine for 660 real. And we were in and out in 90 minutes. The food was genuinely lovely but as 2 women from London we didn't feel very... More

Satyricon was a gastronomical experience. We went there with a specific purpose try the Pargo Naturale... More

Service was good, the place nice, but the food very regular my husband's sushi had a spine which is pretty dangerous and my fish was very simple, chocolate dessert also no extraordinary, so around 120$ for a regular dinner for 2+1 dessert & only water seems too expensive for me comparing with other places in Rio...I won't recommend it
