We regularly visit Rio, and this is one of the two bars in Leblon (the other being Acadamia de Cachaça) that we return to time and time again. The draft beer here is very good and I think they serve the best snacks we have...found in Rio (they make wonderful rissoles de camerão, bolinhas de bacalhau, and casquinas de Siri (prawn risoles, cod cakes & crab served in a shell) amongst other things. Jobi is relatively expensive for Rio, but definitely still worth a visit.More

Excellent night with friends. Very chilled chopps, attentive service and great food. Really enjoyable night. It was not the first time nor will be the last!

Jobi is great. A Brazilian recommended this spot and he sure didn't steer us wrong. If there is a wait when you arrive simply grab a Brahma beer on draft (which tastes better here than most any other place that serves Brahma) and wait for...your number to be called; it will come soon enough, and there's great people watching in the meantime. Once seated, or even standing, try an assortment off the menu. The menu is long, but don't despair; definitely go for the octopus salad (and I thought the Portuguese made tender octopus), try a beef/cheese sandwich, and get several more rounds of beer. I want one right now just writing this. We tried to make it back one more time before leaving Rio, but it didn't happen. I mentioned this to the cabbie on the way to the airport, and he mentioned at least I visited the best pub in Rio at least once.More

People were eating and drinking on the street just to be near Jobi. The staff was extremely attentive and everyone seemed to know everyone at the bar. Even as a tourist, you feel welcomed like a local at Jobi. I highly recommend hanging for snacks...and chilled beer. Great people watching anytime —weeknights and weekends.More

We arrived mid evening and the place was packed. We had to wait outside for a table to become available , which is a good sign. We eventually were seated (4 of us) around a high table outside. We had a selection of petiscos (starters) to...share along with chopp (draft beer). The food was good but the chopp could have been colder. Perhaps because they were so busy and the chopp was flowing was the reason the beer was not ice cold.More

I liked very much the genuinely polite people that served us. The place is nice, and gives a pleasant to be feeling. The food was very good, well served and well done! One of the person with us know the place and also has friends...that are regular customers! The waiters were happy to share information on these people; and the business lunch become a very interesting story telling.More

This place is one of my favorite bars in Rio de Janeiro. The beer comes out quickly and cold and the small dishes are excellent. The atmosphere and area is so nice. I love to sit by one of the small tables outside.

This place is a bar, it has a good atmosphere that shows football and serves beer. It is not a fine-dining experience. When my partner and I ordered a bottle of wine (she doesn’t drink beer) they made such a fuss over us, it was...ridiculous. What we ordered was simple enough (but good) and when the bill came we felt that we were overcharged on the drinks. My partner and I came away with a bitter taste in our mouths. Tripadvisor says £, it should be labelled as £££.More

This place was buzzing and full when we arrived and the same when we left. Authentic traditional Brazilian tapas style food. A great experience and a must do.

This is the spot where everyone in the neighborhood ends up after their done with dinner and or other bars. It's a great place to have some drinks with friends or make new ones! Always a good time to be had!
