A lot of Brazilian food is pretty bland so we were happy to find good Thai food. The prices are reasonable for this tourist-dependent town. Lovely design of the dining and patio space. Enjoyed talking with Christina, whose German mom is the owner. Highly recommend. Also for excellent Jorge Amado, our first time for this local drink specialty.

This place came highly recommended but was very disappointing. I felt that they were using rough approximations of recipes for Thai food without really knowing what the dishes should actually taste like. I think they use too many pre-prepared sauces and bases which they actually sell in the restaurant. The papaya salad looked nice but was drowned in fish sauce.... More

Its a beautiful set up - open kitchen etc but a little small on rice portions so you end up ordering extra rice and drinks make the overall bill a lot more then you'd expect....BUT it is worth it because you are eating THAI food good thai food in Brazil - so its justifiable!

Note to self: Do not come back to this place starving! The food did take a while to come out but when it did, boy oh boy- the best Thai or even Asian for that matter I've had since leaving Australia. A few people from the group were a little disappointed by the green curry, we found the red was... More

My wife s dish was the fried noddles with veggies and was also very good. I took an excellent Thai iced tea. waiters attentive and smiling unlike the owner... But she stays in... More

Very tasty Thai food and they also do smaller portions for children. The ambiance is good too and you can watch the chefs as work.

We were very much suprised to find a restaurant in Brazil that serves authentic Thai food. It really tasted like being in Thailand, excellent! Also the decor is very cheerfull and service is friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!

Really, really cute decor! Had English menus, which was nice. The food was delicious, and easy to share among friends. My favorite was the steak salad!

Cool place with friendly service and some really special food options. I recommend 2 salads (green papaya and cooked shrimps).

We eat a lot of Thai back home as I have two Thai aunties, so i am always a bit suspicious with Thai food in other countries. But I really enjoyed my meal at Thai Brasil. The Tom kha Gai soup (chicken and coconut milk) was my favourite, and very authentic. For mains we shared the massamun beef and red... More
