Excellent food & extremely nice staff. Do not worry if bananas is not your thing, it's just a name :) I recommend this to anyone. Open from 19 normally.

Had this restaurant recommended to us by our hotel (the excellent and brilliantly located Pousada Porto Imperial) and were not disappointed! The food was up to any London restaurant standard and the service (from Gabriella) was attentive and helpful (with excellent translations). We were served a small 'taster' on the house before our starters which were delicious. Really hard to... More

The service was sensational, as was the food and great wine selection. My wife had the fillet mignon, it was the best she has ever had, I had the lamb loin which was up there with the best. Really nice decor, modern but holding onto the old in a nice mix. This is a definite if you are in Paraty... More

A friend recommended this restaurant and I'm so glad she did! Everything I ate was fabulous ... and now it's the only place I will ever want to eat in Paraty! I'm not sure you can go wrong on this menu, but I had the ceviche starter, which was an amazing blend of flavors, and then the fish with bananas... More

Enjoyed a wonderful dinner on a slow night in Paraty. The food was creative and the service was wonderful. Even though my Portuguese was very limited, our server was very patient and helpful and made us feel very welcome. All dishes were well conceived but our two soups, potato based as amuse bouche, and seafood as an appetizer were both... More

I saw many reviews about this restaurant and it was a great suprise. The restaurante ambience is amazing, service good and the food is excellent. Well done brazilian dishes and freash sea food. I tasted the shrimps with cashaw nuts and loved it. The lime risoto with fish is amazing as well !

We ended coming here twice during our trip to Paraty. By far it was the most pleasant and satisfying restaurant we tried during our trip. I want to congratulate the staff, everyone was truly attentive and professional. The food, which has a strong regional touch, was quite good and creative - all expertly prepared by chefs Ana Bueno e Vicente... More

Very nice setting for upscale Brazilian food in a modern setting. Highly recommended. Very knowledgeable waitstaff helped as well.

Food was so delicious! And the menu really is creative, you won't eat anywhere else like it! It is pricey but oh so worth it if you want to splurge! You won't regret it (well we didn't)

Thank Tayo J
