The owner of the posada where we were staying recommended this restaurant. It was a Sunday night and they had a “All you can eat“ special for $R39.90 per person. The variety was great and the pizzas were delicious. The staff was very nice and...helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.More

just horrible - barely ate half of my overdone burger. Staff is friendly but food cannot be recommended, I don’t understand tripadvisor rankings in Brazil

Second visit to this overpriced and overrated restaurant! Despite very friendly staff and kind owner the food served just doesn't meet expectations! There is always something not consistent on the plate! You can have a perfect grilled juicy piece of meat, just delicious! The sauce...you've ordered should enhance the tasting sensation but is a sheer dissapointment! The gratin dauphinois beautifully presented but just not cooked to perfection! Overall satisfying experience however for the prices paid you're entitled to quality all over the plate!!More

Im Brazilian and live in NY! Patio Havana is my absolutely favorite restaurant in Búzios! I've worked in hotel for many many many years when I lived in Brazil. Reasons why I love this restaurant: 1-The food is beyond anything I could ever say! It's...so so soooooo incredibly delicious! To be honest this is my favorite restaurant in the world! I've traveled to many, many different countries, and this restaurant still stands on the first spot! 2- When in Buzios be aware that many restaurants, stores, hotel have 2 different prices, 1 for Brazilians and another for everybody else...sad but so very true! I can say this because I've seen this happen with my own eyes, like I said I've worked in hotels so I know the inside of the tourism, the last 4 years I worked in a Hotel was in Buzios. And Patio Havana was one of very few not to do this in Buzios. 3- The service is perfect! The drinks are perfect! The location and the view is perfect! When I go to Brazil I stay in Cabo Frio, but when I go to Buzios is to shop and to eat at Patio Havana!More

We made our second trip to Buzios in the last 3 years and visited Patio Havana again. The food is great with a wide variety of entrees on the menu, something for everyone. My wife had a salad and I had the Havana Premium Burger...wow...it was awesome. Others in our party had pizza, a thicker crust than normal in Brasil but tasty. Don't expect to get in and out quickly but your on vacation in Brasil. Live music was cool as well. Would return.More

Buzios is relaxing all the time - charming city, wonderful beaches, sunny, windy, cosy bars, restaurants and shops, etc... but if you really want to relax you have to visit Patio Havana in the heart of the city, at the famous Rua das Pedras. A...big place, tropical ambiance, visited by locals and foreigners. Live shows may take place during and at the end of the week - salsa, jazz, Brazilian popular music, bossa nova, etc... you may dance if you feel at ease. The only restriction is the service - sometimes it takes too long to be served. But relax! Tomorroy you will be still on vacation! No need to stress because your beer is longing to arrive at your table. Relax! You are in Buzios!More

We came here for lunch and chose this place because it has a beautiful view of the bay. I ordered chicken with potato gratin and my wife ordered a caprese salad and chips (there's not much for vegetarians). 50 mins later, we were the only...people left in the restaurant and still waiting for our food. Despite there being no other customers and six waiting staff, we struggled to get anyone's attention and weren't able to order any more drinks or given any apology for the long wait. The food was good when we eventually got it, but massively overpriced for what it was. When we asked why it took so long, the waiter just shrugged his shoulders.More

We came here as we passed it during the day and thought it looked funky and a bit different to all the seaside restaurants. We had a really nice evening, our cocktails were delicious (my strawberry daiquiri was huge!). The food was yummy, I had...a salmon risotto dish which was delicious, and we shared an apple strudel for dessert. There was live music which added character, and the waiters were all welcoming. I would highly recommend for a change of scenery!More

It was a busy Saturday night and the service showed. It took almost 30 minutes to get a beer at our table. The food was alright but with the slow service it wasn't a great experience. They have live music but we didn't wait around...long enough to enjoy it because it was so slow there. Wouldn't go back. And it's too bad because it's owned by the owners of Don Juans which is everything that this is not.More

Going to Patio Havana is a real treat. My boyfriend and I went several times while vacationing in Buzios, and it never disappointed! The atmosphere is outstanding - live music, high ceilings, beautiful decor, and located right on the water. The menu has a wide...variety of options, ranging from Brazilian dishes to gourmet pizzas. A truly lovely restaurant. Our favorite dish was a Brazilian classic called "moqueca de peixe e camarao" - it was one of the "meals for two" options on the menu, and consisted of a seafood soup that was almost gumbo-like. Served with rice and "farofa", which I've never had before coming to Brazil. Absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it!More
