When I asked for a bottle of water the waitress brought a bottle of aqua panna water which costs a fortune instead of regular water and left before I couldn't even say it was wrong.
The bill came with 2 waters and The waitress said...she forgot to check.

You know every moqueca is different and that's what I've learned when I dined at Bar do Victor. Their moqueca is more tomato based and is worth the 30 minute wait as it is very darn good. It was also a relive to dine at...a Brazilian restaurant who knows what tartar sauce is and have it for their scrumptious fish balls. And they do New York City cheesecake right. The chef who trained in NYC learned well and successfully brought a taste of NYC to Brazil. If you are in Curitiba, I recommend dining at this restaurant.More
I went with several friends to Bar do Victor and thus was able to try ca. ten different dishes. All were good; some were excellent. The choices are many, and as most or all the fish and shellfish are freshly and locally caught, the menu...varies seasonally. Prices are high.More
If you are looking for a great restaurant, (especially wanting fish) this place is great. The food is delicious, the environment very comfortable and the service fantastic. (One of the nicest and friendliest waitresses I have come across for a very long time, but didn't...get her name unfortunately) A great wine list and bottled and draught beers, All in all a great experience and have already booked for the next visit.More
We were visiting Curitiba for my husband's work and some colleagues took us to dinner here. There was no English menu so the owner came out to describe the food and make recommendations. We had a delicious cod dish accompanied with potatoes and hard boiled...eggs. Great flavor and presentation.More
Nice place to have a relaxed lunch overlooking Praca da Espanha ... The menu seemed generic to most Trattorias, but they maintain an elite look about them.
Nicely setup, beautiful decor, and good food ...
